when i was younger I thought I could control the wind, when older, other people thought I could control dice, and then probability. I don't think it has anything to do with signs, and it might just be a series of coincidences. You can experiment with this by having someone else concentrate on a given wind direction 5 times and see how long between start and the time the wind blows in that direction, then do it yourself. While 5 trials isn't sufficient to get a seriously accurate measurement, it should be sufficient to demonstrate you don't have an empirically reliable control over the wind and your friend doesn't have a probability of zero of controlling it either.

I also have prophetic dreams, I can fortell death, but sadly I can not change what I see.

To be able to see things like that, but not be able to do anything must be awful.
Strange as it seems, I seem to fit in better in cyber space than I do in the real world. This may be because I don't know any of you outside of this forum, and so it's easier to tell you all things. Or maybe it's because you all seem to have gifts that no one understands.
As to the quwstion do I have powers? I think I do, but I'm not entirely convinced that what I can do is all that unusual. I'm able to sense things about a place the instant I enter it. I can tell the mood, and if I try hard enough, I get a glimmer of why it feels that way. I can sense the presence of the supernatural and paranormal. I don't see ghosts a lot, but I feel them. My friends and I think that I may have small amounts of control over fire, even though Im a scorpio(my element is "supposed" to be water) a number of incidents help prove this thereoy. I don't think these gifts are unique in any way. I've heard about a ton of people who can do the exact same thing, so it doesn't make me special. As a whole though, with all the amazing gifts that have come into play, we are an amazing group of people.

astrology is complete Taurus crap... we all have aspects in ourselves that fit in each one, but to allow ourselves to be "ruled" by the stars, sun, moon, and alignments is just wrong... fate and destiny is in our hands, ultimately.....
but never doubt your gifts.... the power of clairsentinence is a great gift to have... can be handy in a conflict.... each gift is unique, each one has their own style..... no two flames, the same...
yes we are, and hopefully great allies!

I'm a Taurus, and people say that I'm closer to earth than most people are, and there for can feel the presense of "other worldly beings."
See, my parent's own a haunted resturant, and I can feel little pokes on my shoulders whenever I go in the resturant.
Also, I can infulence the emotions of others around me. Wierd, I know. =]

And i have the power to be emotionless at any given moment. i scare people because of it. My blank staring eyes staring into the depths of another persons. I can also usually tell what someone is thinking when i look at their face.

I am an aries, element is fire.
For a long time now my dogs have been sending me telepathic messages. Long ago, I thought I was just talking to myself in my mind and projecting my own thoughts and feelings towards how my dogs were feeling.
Then I started to listen more carefully at these thoughts, and realized there was something unnatural about these thoughts being my own.
Like, while drinking a glass of water my mouth would become dry...then when I look over my shoulder I see one of my dogs staring at me, as if they want a drink of water too. Then when I think to myself that they might want some water, they get up and go over to their "usually" empty water dish.
There are MANY other feelings they send me for various reasons...but I've come to learn that dogs feel more than think, so when they communicate they project with energy and behavior.
AND I get migranes when the barometric pressure drastically changes...which is what happens when the weather changes at a somewhat quick rate.

Wow, there are some great gifts here.
as far as my sign goes, i'm actaully on the cusp of gemini and taurus. and my totem is the deer (native american)
as far as gifts go....
-i'm a pretty strong empath so i have to really really watch myself. it's taken me a long time to figure out how to make it stop. (it used to be very overwhelming ((as a small child i cried for a week when my great grandma was about to die and then when she died, but no one had told me what had happened because i was so young)))
-I can also since things about people. for example darkness and light. almost like seeing auras but instead feeling them. i must admit, this little gift has gotten me out of more trouble than you could imagine.
-i can heal a little (mainly take away pain, but that one comes with a price, i take the pain inside of me and thus i'm hurting for a while) i'm also a human pregnancy test. lol it's kinda funny.
and last but not least, i can see, feel spirits.
yea...i think that's it.

I don't know if it's what you call special, but I hear everything. Literally. There isn't a thing I don't. I think it's just very good focus, but my mother and her mother and all along the family, the women have always been "psychic." I prefer the term "telepathic," in that we can sense the electrical impulses in the brain and interpret their meaning. Special powers don't really mean that one person is more mystifying than another, it just means that they have unlocked more of their brain's potential. The average human only uses about ten percent of their brain...so, it's not unlikely that people who use more than that have "special powers."

I might have some powers, but I'm not sure. It could be coincidence if you go by main-stream science, or it could be past-life information. Either way It's shrodinger's cat and you can't open the box. Plus idk how much I can apply Pascal's wager to this.(sorry if I mis-spelled any names).

1 possible, vague, remote viewing.
multible suspected accounts of psychic vampirism(trying to kick the habit)
other experiances might be used as evidence towards insanity depending on the situation. However as it is in the nature of Miricle on 34th Street; I'm sideing with Pascal's wager.
