I used to work in food service...I was a waitress...only at the place where I worked I didn't get enough tips to make up for the gap between my money and minimun wage. Waiters get payed below minimum wage cuz of tips. ...but the place closed. I think it's because I'm a REALLY horrible waitress.

Mmhm. I also dislocated my radial head (the bone that connects the three bones in your lower arm to your elbow) while on the job there. I popped it back in before I knew what was going on, drove home, went to the clinic the next day, found out what happened, and waited tables quite well with one arm for the next week. The customers were all very impressed.
I shoulda slapped 'em with Worker's Comp. I would have made some dough, urged them to fire me, and probably caused them to close right then and there. But nooooooooooo, I'm nice. stare
