Dean fell back in his chair, he got back up to his hands and knees and looked at the fire. "Did......Did...the fire...just speak?" He questioned, as he sat the chair back up right slowly, not taking his eyes off the fire.
The man tucked Rikku in the just the way she liked it, since he had years of practice. He turned on his heel and head back out the door and down the stairs again, he walked right past the fire and Dean.
"Dude your fire just spoke!" Dean said, still not looking away from it.
"Yes and let me guess he is complaining that Rikku is back right?" The man glared at the fire, as he walked to the sink, he grabbed a clean glass and put in under the faucet. He filled it half way full, then he started back up to Rikku. He opened the door, walked in the room, and placed the cup of water next to the bed on the night stand. He walked back out the door, he took two steps away from the door, her turn around and faced the door. He snapped his fingers and put a bucket of water over the door. So once she awoke and walked out the door it would fall on her and cool her down.

The man walked down the stairs and gave the fire another glare. "Shut up Calcifer!!" The man walked to Dean and held out a hand to help him up.
Dean took it and looked at the man in front of him.
"I am Howl, that's Calcifer." He nodded his head towards the fire. "He loves to whine so just ignore him most of the time and you won't get pissed off so easily! And you are Dean Rikku's Ex boyfriend! The one that broke up with her right after she moved!"
Dean's eyes went wide. "How did you know all that?" He asked in confusion.
"Because he was watching over me like he was ordered to by my real mother and father. Oh and don't forget by my brother too!" came a voice from the stairs. "Hello Howl! Calcifer!" Rikku glared at the fire with a smile. "You are lucky we are basically the same and you have Howl's heart, other wise i would hurt you really badly!!"
Dean looked up when he heard Rikku's voice, he blushed when he saw her soaked to the skin, and still had her shirt showing her stomach. "Brother? Heart? God Rikku stop confusing me!"
Rikku slowly walked down the stairs water shining off her skin and dropping to the floor. She hit the level floor, she silently walked over to Calcifer and shook the water off her and on him. But not to much she didn't want to hurt Howl. "Well I will explain while Howl gets me some clothes since some one put a water bucket over the door." Rikku glared to Howl.
Howl backed away from her slowly, he went for the stairs and fetched some clothes for Rikku.

Yelling, Liia said "Get away from me!" As Derek sat ontop of her lasily, as if she was an arm chair or something. "No, I don't think I will...." He said with a smirk. "Look, I just need you to do me this one little favor, then you and Rikku can go back home." Pausing in mid yell, Liia said slowly....."What.....What kind of favor?"

Rikku sat down on the cold stone of the hearth Calcifer stayed in. "When i was 3 years old my parents died by my own hands. Only because I was young and my powers just appeared on my 3rd birthday, so i didn't know how to control them. Once my parents died i was left to my Brother, but my brother was gone at the time, so the only person that i could go to was Howl! My Guardian! I grew up in this house, Howl taught me how to control my powers." Rikku looked down at her feet as she spoke.
Dean watched Rikku's face as she explained her life.
"When I was 8 years old...."
Howl came back down the stairs with some clothes in his hands. He walked up to Rikku and held out the clothes to her. He smiled to her.
Rikku took the clothes slowly. "When I was 8 years old Howl here, locked my memories in my head, so i wouldn't get tracked or remember my family and what happened to them. He also erased himself from my memories, so he had to give me to an orphanage, but he kept watch over me. I Thank him for that too, but i am still mad that he did it. right when i was.....was...." Rikku stopped talking and walked into the middle of the room.
Howl looked down at his feet. "I'm sorry! I never meant to hurt you!" He said, he looked up and watched her.
Rikku turned towards everyone she then disappeared in behind a blanket of fire.
"AW MAN Rikku i hate it when you do that it leaves marks on the floor!" Howl whined as he started towards her.
The flames disappeared and Rikku came back into view with the clothes Howl had brought her on.

Dean looked at Rikku, as Howl walked next to her, she handed him her wet clothes silently. "Right when you what?" Dean asked curious to what she would say
Howl walked away with Rikku's clothes in hand and a little glare on his face, because now he had to fix the floor, he walked up the stairs and dropped her clothes off at the washer and dryer.
Rikku brushed of some ash off her tight jeans and black sweatshirt. "Right when i started to fall for him!" Rikku looked to the ground as she said this.
Dean eyes went wide and he started to feel sad, 'what if she still loves him now, I will never be able to get her back.' he thought, "Oh!" He sighed quietly.
Rikku looked to Howl as he hit the last stair, she turned her body towards him she took a step towards him, then she started to run to him. She ran into his chest and buried her face in it.
Howl looked down to her, he wrapped his arms around her small body and smiled. "You know i felt the same way! It's just that I didn't know how to tell you or show you. Your my little Rikku! You always will be, but i promised your mother and father that I would leave you for some one who has a heart!" Howl back up against the stairs and sat down so he was level with her, he kept ahold of her hands.

Walking down the road in a fairly nice dress, Liia looked up with a sour face. "This dress makes my butt look big." She said. "Exactly heart . Now shut up, and let me do the talkin' sweetheart." Derek said, holding her hand.

Rikku walked closer to Howl and sat down below him. "I don't care if you have a heart or not! I Love you!"
"Rikku we must obey you parents wishes! You know that as well as i do!" Howl said, he ran his hands slowly through her dirty blonde hair.
"I will not obey that! you know that! You also know that you won't obey it either!" Rikku shouted, her face turned to anger. She stood up and walked away from Howl over to Calcifer.
"I know!" Howl pushed himself up off the stairs, and walked up behind her. Making her jump when his arms snaked around her waist. He whispered in her ear, with a hint of a smile on his lips. "Why do you think i am doing this?"
Deans heart dropped with every word and movement the two made, to the point where he couldn't take it. "Would you stop you are driving me insane!" he screamed.

Rikku looked to Dean in confusion.
Howl dropped his arms from her waist, and blushed he completely forgot that some one else was in the room. "Sorry about that Dean!"
Dean blushed deep red, he turned his face. "It's fine! Just please watch what you're doing!"
Rikku walked over to Dean, she placed a soft hand on his cheek. "Dean I still love you...."
Deans heart started pounding in his ears.
"....but like a brother! i am sorry but you now know where my heart lies!" Rikku said as she looked into his eyes. She place a kiss on his cheek. She then stood up straight and walked over to Howl, again burying her face in his chest.

Sighing, Liia shook her head. "This is ridiculous. No one is gonna lend us a carriage ride JUST because I'm in this puffed up dress. I mean this is the medevil century, not-" "Whooo-o-o-oa! Hey there pretty lass....Need a ride?" Asked a man, coming to stop next to them with a carriage. "Oh my god." Liaa said flatly, slapping herself on the forehead.

Rikku turned her head to Calcifer, "CAN IT CAL!" she screamed with a glare. "I wasn't that mean to you! What did I do to you that was so mean?"
Howl smirked as he held in his laughter, he returned his arms back on Rikku's back.
Dean blushed madly after the kiss on the cheek. His mind was gone now, thinking about what just happened.

Rikku stepped out of Howls arms and walked to Calcifer. She grabbed whatever he was sticking out at her, which seemed to be his tongue, and held on to it. "One I was A child, and Two i didn't know better!" Rikku said, she still had a grip of his tongue.
