StickChick09 Clambake Last year and the year before that we sang out our parts on the way back from our band tours around the state. It was fun. It was amazing how well we had actually memorised our own parts so well... Me and my friends do that before school and at lunch. You should see the looks on some people's faces...
Bus rides... are sweet. They are SO much fun... they're crazy... on the last one a bunch of people had a knitting party... and then when we were all trying to sleep there were these three guys in the middle of the bus talking about tech stuff... computer programing and what not. we all made fun of them later.

We play this game called 10 Fingers. You have to say something you've never done, and then all the people that HAVE done it must put one finger down. The first person to put all their fingers down loses.
It's interesting what you can learn about some people playing that game.
We also play a game called Suck and Blow.
You need a card of some sort, put it against your mouth, and suck so that it stays there. You must then pass it to another person, by pressing the card against their mouth with your lips and blowing. Anyone who drops the card is out.
Lots of people end up kissing eachother when we play that. mad p;

-Bring the stereo with batteries in it and play "Bohemian Rhapsody" a million times, as loud as possible.
-Make fun of the chaperones.
-Throw stuff out the window.
-Singing run-throughs
-sleep
- eek PDA?!?!?!?!?!?! eek (( heart my favorite! heart ))

Mainly we just sit and talk, 'cept after contest, then we have a "bus band party" *Grin evily and tap fingers together....* Heh heh heh...

Kaiser Eline What do you do to pass time going to compition? Our school plays the telphone game, or have mass GBA tournaments. ((the last one was w/ kirby xd ))*I came in 3 out of 10* sing the song that is called "the song that never ends" domokun

I like to listen to music and read, talk, or sleep. Guess I'm the boring one... lol!
Actually, this year I have ridden a "band bus" twice. We do not go to the away football games (being that the are out of state) and do not parktake in competitions (being that we are a private university) but we have been the "showcase" band at two competitions this year. Two times ont he bus. When we start touring with our blast group then I'll have more time on the bus.

due to our cut funds...we middle schoolers do not have a band bus anymore. we go by school bus if its short, and greyhound if its longer. we usually convince our band teacher to carry on my friends bassoon case and play cards on it. lol

walk around town, play poker, read, do homework, sing songs, sleep.. anything really.. its been pretty boring this year.. i remember last year i had so much funn.. playing truth or dare, talking about actual interesting things on the bus... but after one of my friends moved.. everything has just fallen apart.. im not that tight with people anymore... xp
