POD_AngelOfDestruction "Yeah you were raving in Japanese there buddy, I only got a few words here and there.......", with Eiji grinning as he walked with Akira by his side. "Look don't talk, just tilt your head up and hold your nose...", then taking Akira by the forearm gently, Eiji continued to talk, "Here I'll lead you to the nurse..." Akira sighed and allowed Eiji to take his arm, relishing every second of it. Akira trusted Eiji to not run him into anything. Even though he knew that he could probably never trust Eiji with what he couldn't even trust his own parents about.

"No need to worry, my parents are leaving on a trip to Europe tonight and since we all know Jay can't cook he said he'd take me and Danny down to Ichiban for dinner tonight," Melodie smiled. Daniel Johnathan May, or just Danny, was Melodie's little brother, he was still only 8 but was still the most adorable kid in the universe. It was hard not to love the kid. Mel took her baby brother everywhere, she would bring him with her when she went to walk the dog, when she went out with her friends sometimes and they all loved him too, really. her girlfriends and she used to talk about how little Danny would grow up to be the most popular boy in school, he was so cute but everyone was sure he'd grow up to be just as good looking as... Oh who knows? Kai? Eiji? Or some of the other popular guys around town.

"Look whatever the problem is Akira, you can tell me man...You don't have to hide anything from me, no matter how embarassing it is. I won't laugh at you.", Eiji said as he pulled the bleeding Akira along, Eiji's head turning to the side slightly to give Akira a short smile before resuming to look ahead the hallways. "Ok here we are...go inside and have yourself checked by the nurse right away before you become late for class..."
***
"Oh? Well then, I better tell Oka-san (mother) to prepare a feast for you and Danny boy! And oh, don't worry Mel it'll be on the house.", winking at Melo as Kai gave her another gentle hug before finally letting go. "Look I gotta run now, I'll catch up with you later on during lunch...", then jokingly patting Melodie's bum gently with his hand, Kai winked at the girl before he started walking backwards and away from her even before she can react, Kaiden grinning before he turned around to go about his business.

After Kaiden left, Cy continued talking with the seniors. After a while, they seemed more interested in her, then in sports. That was her cue to leave. "Well, I'll catch ya later fellas. " She said, walking away from the group. She knew they were watching her leave, but it was no biggie for her. Cy got to her locker in the senior hall and opened it up, putting away her books and keeping the ones she needed.

Sara was in her room, headphones with mic in place, and was doing the famous 'The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya' dance. ((dance vid, please click and watch to see her geeky-ness =3)) As she had just finished her dad poked her arm. " what ? "S he said rubbing the place acting like she had been beaten all her life. " get your a** to school " Daniel Walker handed his sixteen year old daughter her skateboard and her messenger bag. " now remember most kids arent probably used to seeing a girl...whos lived in south west small town Ohio..so dont freak them out too much " He said smiling at his only care in the world left. " oh fine...i still resent you for MAKING YOUR 16 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER A SENIOR !!!! " she yelled. She grumbled and taking her board moved past him in her heavy black jeans. She had taken the chains off and her bright orange converses made a small sound on the huge houses carpet. " do i have to ? "" yes now GET ! " he said shoving her out into the sunlight. He chuckled as she faked a hissing sound and pulled her hoody's sleeves up again. She made sure the thick rimmed black glasses were all the way up the bridge of her nose and the twist in her hair was still tight. Her once clean skateboard was covered not in skater stickers, but anime ones. She took off down the street on it as she slid her bag on as well. The black messenger bag full of sketchbooks and notebooks was covered in patches and swayed. She was singing softly under her breath to her iPod.her Shirt though that was probably the most random bit about her was a neon green shirt that said 'Doom da da Doom DOOOM !' and had a Gir face on the back. She was grumbling thinking about the rich snobby kids around here and nearly slipped off her board. she continued on though and was resenting being the youngest senior in the school as far as she knew.(( btw people, please dont make fun of her or judge her >>;; thats how my friends and I dress in real life ))

"Kai!" Melodie called after him as he disappeared down the hall, but just laughed it off. 'Same old Kai,' she told herself as she shook her head. She just couldn't see him change, not in a million, make that a bazillion years. Turning herself around Mel headed for the Sophomore's hallway to go stuff her bag in her locker. Her shoulder was starting to ache from carrying a knapsack with all her supplies in it. Let's face it summer is heaven, you don't have homework, no recitals and no sleazy male admirers.
Cody Summers just gave a curt nod to his teammates as he passed them in the hall. His fists were jammed in the pockets of his brand new Levi's and he had a new Armani Exchange dress shirt. School was so... Nostalgic. It was the same things over and over, even over the music blaring through his earphones Cody heard nothing over the mixed chatter everywhere. As he pulled the white ear bud out of hi ears and shoved it into his pocket after he wound it around his iPod he noticed a familiar figure near by. "Hey," he said tapping the girl on the shoulder. "How was Maui?"
Melodie turned around half-expecting Kai again then caught sight of her cousin. "Hi, Twiggy!" she grinned, and like always he sighed and rolled his eyes. Everyone knew calling Cody Twiggy pissed him off a bit but he never got angry at anyone.

Sara made her way into the school and picked up her schedule. It already annoyed her because she wasn't a normal senior, no, she had to be in advanced classes no less. She rubbed her temples unsure of what she should do. Her instincts said get her a** out of this hell hole and drive herself back to Ohio, then her more apt at decisions portion said stay. She was now at her locked putting her text books she would need for her first pass into the bag on her hip. She dislodged the most amount of notebooks and sketchbooks she could bear to part with and looked in the hall. She moved towards where she saw a pop machine and already had her ipod put away. She finally let the twist out of her hair and let it fall in short waves around her. She sighed at the thought of her mother whom she looked exactly like. " damn the world " She took out her cell and saw her dad sent her a text that said
Dont leave of you loose all net connections alone with your iPod and video games ~ love dad

((How many periods per day? o_O My school has block A, B, Lunch, block C and D but that's because the education system is screwed up in BC. -___- ))
Cody sighed, Mel was always like this... Twiggy this, Twiggy that! "Anyways, what classes?" he asked keeping his sentence short, no longer than it had to be. Sometimes Cody might come off as rude to adults for cutting conversations but really he just wasn't exactly a social butterfly like his superstar cousin. Okay, maybe Cody did have some sort of inferiority complex towards Melodie but he wasn't going to admit it to the world or anything. Seriously, the girl was a year below him and she still knew about Mobius Transformations, Logarithmic Functions and not to mention she could probably take apart a living being cure cancer and put him back together! Okay, so maybe that was pushing it a little... His point was, the girl didn't have anything she couldn't do. He envied her, of course but he also felt like a big brother to her. A dumber and less talented brother though.
"Calculus AB, Chemistry 11, English Literature AP, French 12, lunch and etcetera," Mel smiled. She still had a bit of neediness in her from Middle School, memorizing her schedule before the school year even started. "Oh right! I have to give you something!" Melodie said pulling out a fat white envelope. Pulling out a small slip of paper which appeared to be a ticket she handed it to her cousin. "Recital," she said the before he could ask she answered his question. "Not piano, Harp this time... I'm so weird," she admitted. "Try finding someone else that plays Harp grade 8," she laughed to herself. "I gotta go catch up with my friends. Bye bye!" she waved as she sort of skipped down the corridor.

(5 time slots, an hour each, and the lunch times vary from Blocks 2, 3, & 4 since the student population is really huge and they can't have all the students running around the halls all at the same time razz )
"Excuse me coming through!!!!", a voice shouted, a young boy judging from the slightly high-pitchiness. Gasps and angry curses where thrown at him as he whizzed by everyone, the boy coasting through the crowd with a skateboard. "Get that f***cking thing out of here man!", one burly student shouted at the skaterboy, who merely turned and flashed the middle finger in response as he pushed his skateboard to accelerate even faster. Seeing a girl bending down to pick up an item she bought from a vending machine, Sara, the boy grinned as he slapped her bottom quite hard, laughing as he looked at the girl's surprised reaction only to smash into Cody and Melodie as they parted away from each other...
OHHHH ********, first day and already I got beef in my hands with the soccer team captain...

Sara glared and her own board under her arm still she stuck the coke in her back and took off after him. She knelt low on her board to avoid Melodie and Cody. " what the hell was that for " she was the epitome of her mother when she stood hands on her hips.

"Well if you didn't have your big a** sticking out I wouldn't have to slap it out of the way...", the boy replied with distaste, groaning as pain shot through from his sore bottom, all bruised up since he landed hard upon it. Picking up his board, he stuck out his hand, saying, "Wes, the name is Wes...how ya doing?"

'big a**' struck her like a cord and she glared more. " Sara....and pissed actually' She slipped her board under her arm was still mad at him and the world. She sighed and pushed her hair up into a twist again. She had her eyes narrowed and her neon blue painted nails showed as she shook his hand.

Kaiden walked around the hallways, lingering around to occasionally say hello to acquaintances and catch up with friends but as he turn randomly to a corner he sees Cyrielle standing in front of her locker. Very silently he trodded towards her back, slinging his arms around her bare waist gently to give her a hug from behind while he whispered, "Well aren't you a sight to behold beautiful..."

Rae sighed a heaving sigh, and then went to find a teacher or some sort of staff member who could help her. She didn't like being the new girl, but yet again, she liked being the new girl. Being new meant one had to find a new way to do things, and to get around to doing things. But being new also meant a fresh, new start. Anyways, after a while, Rae finally found a nice teacher who showed her around the school (a quick tour) and then helped her find her locker. Rae smiled at the teacher, a beaming smile, and trilled, "Thank you so much, ma'am!" The teacher smiled back and said, "You're very welcome, sweetie." Then, the teacher briskly walked away.
Rae sighed and took out her schedule from her backpack, and then figured out her combination. After re-reading it a few times, she memorized it... tucking the easy-to-remember set of numbers in the back of her mind and opening her locker. If only everything were this easy, she said with a sigh. Even though Rae was a near-genius, memorizing schoolwork wasn't as easy as a combination. She struggled at times, but worked extremely hard. Her hard work definitely paid off. She gazed at her locker for a moment; it was beautifully empty. She murmured to herself softly, conjuring up part of a poem she had written long long ago, "The empty void stares up at me, the ginger hands pulling me farther in. Changes, changes will grasp the fate that is all, and the truth of life will emerge only then. No one shall see, but some may hear through the abyss." Rae smiled. She had written that in 6th grade.
((that poem is MINE ...well, part of mine, so no stealing please. xD I really did write that in 6th grade LOL...))
