Zombicide Fragments of Memories Zombicide Beramode Fragments of Memories Discuss:-How you'd love to marry a girl who's into video games But I wouldn't? xd Fragments of Memories just aching to get pwned by her man in hm...let's see....Gears of War? xd P fffssshh, what kind of gamer is that? Wanting to lose? I bet she expects to be praised for knowing how to open/close the PS2, too. talk2hand To be honest, whenever I enter a server in any online game and it's full of these so called "gamer girls" who are mostly just fangirls in disguise, I expect them to lose. They generally suck, and for me, here's the rule: "gamer girl"=either shotgun fodder, or instant frag. Or sometimes KO. Trust me, I've murdered countless fangirls in Tekken, Doom, Halo........pretty much every game I've played. Not that I'm doubting you or any of the girls in this guild (yeah, raise your hands, all 2 of you) but when I see a gamer girl, I generally consider them fangirls, since most of them are obsessed with Final Fantasy. Last time I ever saw a true "gamer girl" in person was at an arcade, when I saw this girl playing Metal Slug 3.......and she was quite good at it, might I add. xD Well if most gamer girls love Final Fantasy, then I'm totally up for the games!!! razz So, a quality you like in your girls is being an overly-obsessed, airport-bombing, Final Fantasy fanatic/worshiper/fangirl who treats FF like it's a God? (see also: DUMBASS)
I wouldn't ******** with anyone with a bomb.
But that's the black in me.

The Death Blues Mix Daxelman The Death Blues Mix I dated one once. It wasn't fun. Not at all. Not in the least. I almost lost my original copy of Final Fantasy Tactics and Metal Gear Solid in one night, and she took my Vagrant Story and Suikoden III!
b***h...
You Got Punk'd.
Not cool dude, Vagrant Story was involved. I can't even find a copy anywhere for a decent price, or in English. Thank god I hid Suikoden II and a bunch of other games before that break up. It's still factory sealed. My first copy died from scratches back in 2005.
At Zombicide, the crazy FF fans aren't that big in numbers. The worshipers. Halo has more than Final Fantasy. Final Fantasy never stole Game of the Year from Half-Life 2 because not enough reviewers bother with PC games. Seriously, Halo 2 is not better than Half-Life 2.
Also, most "gamer" girls play DS/Wii and/or Sims/WoW/free PC games.
She played you straight up for video games man.
Im actually glad most of my Girl Gamer friends watch more Lucky Star than play video games. I could make a "The Real Life" video out of it.....

Sakyh Griggle990 I heard that gamer chicks don't like to say that they are gamers to other people. They often keep to themsevs as a secret. Not the ones I know. I know that often they're in the minorities and sometimes they're ridiculed by non-gamer girls, but I've never heard of one hiding their hobby. Well what do I know. Anyway yes there should be more girls in this guild. Maybe some of us should start recruting.

For a second there I thought Fragments of Memories was a chick because of his signature, but apparently he just got some girl to take a picture of herself with his screen name written on a piece of paper. Either that or he/she's a lesbian.

Which is odd and makes your girl gamer friends strange. Lucky Star is supposed to be for the otaku that love the moe loli. Then again girls seem to fuel fan service more than boys lately if recent mainstream anime were any indication. Oddly enough girls watch shows with more boob and panty shots than boys lately.

Yeah, I play games. I love games. So? But I guess I was never treated differently for it growing up, so I don't get either side of that issue. The only related incident I can think of is when I was playing Vampire Savior in an arcade and some cocky guy game up and acted like it would be easy to beat me because I'm female. Let's say he left rather upset. rofl

Canis Lupus the LoneWolf Well there are quite a lot of bi girls at my school that I've noticed...at least the gamer girls and anime fangirls. Maybe that has something to do with it? sweatdrop They aren't really bi. They've just bought into the crowd believing it's cool to be bisexual thanks to the Emo-scene. Did you notice how suddenly people suddenly turned bisexual? They just want to fit in.
That or they're all nymphomaniacs that are desperate and look to have bright futures in the porn industry.
You don't really cement your sexuality until you start participating in intercourse. More people are claiming to be bisexual with out really realizing what that means. Until those gamer girls and anime fangirls start jumping each others knickers and lap up the honey alongside pole riding, they ain't really bisexual.

"Oh, my hand brushed a girl's hand at the lockers, I'm bi!" Whatever, kid. It's always seemed to me that when most people say "bisexual" it's just a synonym for "horny" anyways.

Let's say he left rather upset. rofl Looks like I've got a supporter. rofl I agree with you totally on there. I don't know which one to hate more: the ones who are ashamed of it, or the ones who are overly proud of it. Actually, I hate the latter more, since they only consider themselves "gamers" by playing absolute mainstream casual crap like Final Fantasy rather than the "hardcore" stuff like Half-Life or Contra (or Metal Slug, like that girl in the arcade). Well, the whole "being a gamer is odd" thing isn't only for girls. I am constantly treated "differently" by people I know for being a proud nerd/gamer. At least on the inside I know I can totally pwn their asses in any of the games I play. ;D Also, mind if I leave a comment in that journal entry? I absolutely agree that crap like that is spam. Also, it's somewhat sexist, as it implies that girls (gaming wise) are generally limited to such fan/mainstream/"OMG! The main character is SOOO hot!" crap like Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts. @ Death Blues Mix: I totally agree there too. Emo=dumbass. "Bisexual/homosexual is cool" fad=absolute s**t. I know countless people who are like that just to be "different". Now, I'm definitely not ready to conform to the ways of a "prep/jock" social group anytime soon, but I sure as hell ain't conforming to a "scene kid" group either. I say ******** 'em all. (except nerds. We'll always be the epic win. ;D)

Maybe that has something to do with it? sweatdrop That's because the boundaries for gender characteristics have been pushed on both sides in those as well as the emo scene like Blues said. You have to admit, guys in anime aren't exactly the most masculine. The popularity of anime porn/hentai/yuri/yaoi, etc all add to that as well. Basically the whole scene is encouraging it.
