This left his defenses open long enough for Renegade to score the neckbreaker, putting Hart down onto the canvas with a cringe. Just laying there, he remained motionless in order to catch his breath in this grueling, lengthy matchup. ::

Renegade just as tired, took his time getting to his feet. He once again used the ropes, his knee was hurt and obiviously something had happened to it, but Renegade had to shake it off if he wanted to win this match. He got to his feet and with his weak leg went to stomp at Bret's head.

As Bret got to his hands and knees, Renegade targeted the ribs now. Renegade took two steps back and then charged again going for a hard kick to Bret's side.

:: Audible groans were heard from The Hitman as that kick registered right into his ribs, leaving him rolling aside toward the ropes with a slight bounce. Coughing, Bret needed to find solace in the ropes for now, hoping that it would give Renegade a few less options at this point. ::

It did'nt matter where Bret went, Renegade was adapted to using the ring as a weapon. Renegade went to grab Bret's ankle, as Bret's hands were gripping the rope. Renegade went to pull hard on Bret's ankles, hoping to send him air-born and land flat on his back.

:: With the momentum put behind the toss, Bret's hands slipped off the bottom rope as he was sent into the air, crashing back onto the canvas unceremoniously on his back! Arching his back in pain, Bret just cringed .. trying to deal with the pain. ::

Renegade bent over and reached for Bret's hair, going to grab a chunk of it, to try and pull him to his feet.

Renegade took a couple steps back as he clenched at his chest. Only to try and fire one right back at Bret.

:: The chop to the chest sent Bret reeling back with a grimace .. only to use that momentum to back up into the ropes behind him! Pushing off the ropes from the added boost, Hart would run back to Renegade, leaping up to wrap his arm across his throat, looking to sitout onto the canvas with that Flying Reverse Bulldog! Hart needed to mount a comeback at this point! ::

Renegade was dropped to the canvas witha thud. The ring ropes shook from the impact, as Renegade lay on his back, looking towards the arena ceiling.

:: Nailing the Reverse Bulldog, Hart pulled himself back to a stand! Feeling the momentum return to him, Bret backed up to a corner, pulling himself onto the second level of the ropes. Springing off the second rope, he'd look to drill an elbow into the center of Renegade! If successful, he'd check Renegade with a quick pin attempt! ::

Renegade felt the elbow plow into his chest, he began to cough violently, tring to catch his breath. He tried to roll away but Bret pulled him back onto his back and went for the cover. Again Renegade kicked out before the three.

:: The kickout was made, and now Hart had to bring more of the heavy artillery to make up for lost ground against Renegade. No waste in motion, Bret returned to a stand, looking to bring Renegade up with him. From here, Hart moved next to him, wrapping his arm over the front of his waist, looking to go to a knee and crack Renegade's spine across it with the Pendulum Backbreaker!
If successful, Hart tried another cover! ::
