There is supposed to be a con (anime south) every year, and there is a guy who says there won't be one next year buuuuuuuut...There is a...uh. Metro-Con? I dunno. It's sometime in July (or june) In Tampa, which is near where I live :3

Avoid the Pittsburgh Comicon. Literally all we have is Godzilla toys and only like 3 people dress as stormtroopers.

Ah, so many people have been to anime cons~
Anime South hasn't had a ball yet. By the way, has anyone ever cosplayed at a con before? MY friends did, but I dressed as a mock elegant lolita Dx
Not too sure what all the abbreviated cons those of you are talking about... crying [3]

Can't say much about the US cons because I don't live in the US sweatdrop
I cosplay most of the time because without cosplay it's only half the fun. I also enjoy seeing fellow geeks cosplaying and marvel their efforts. Though I find fat, bearded men in skin-tight magical girl costumes scary. gonk

That is what we Gothic Lolitas do here in Europe about once a month. Meet-up in full gear and pose infront of old buildings or cathedrals...*photograph whore*
