Eros studied the structure closely. The estate was as he had expected. He had heard of the lavish home from travelers, passing through the last town. He could sense three vampires inside. Two were elder than himself, yet it was the younger who seemed to know more than they.
Eros smiled to himself. He knew he would have fun during his stay. He slowly opened the large doors and strolled inside.

Before Luke could hear Cadence's response, the massive front door's creaked open, and he had to clamp a hand over his mouth to keep his jaw from hitting the ground.
The beauty of the boy that had just walked into the house had put Luke into a state of awe, shock, and lust. No way in hell was he going to pass up a chance like this.
"Hello," he said, a little too eagerly, smiling. "I'm Luke, and this is Rose and Cadence." He extended his hand, grasping the newcomer's own hand. However, he did not shake it; he kissed it gently.

Eros' smile widened. The vampire before him was clearly charmed by his appearance. His emerald eyes gleamed with their own hidden michief. He slowly raised his other hand to Luke's chin, gently lifting the boy's gaze to meet his own.
"A pleasure, I'm sure." Eros' voice was smooth, as soft and gentle as his hands, yet it held a mystery as seductive as the secret within his gaze.
"I am Eros. I thank you for the kind welcome." He shifted his gaze to Rose and Cadence in recognition.

Caden blinked and shook his head, glanced at the newcomer, then back to Rose. He nodded once in greeting to Eros and shifted his attention back to the female. "I am sorry, Rose. I think I may have zoned out for a moment. What was the question?"

"Speaking of questions, I have a few," Eliza said as she appeared behind Caden. That was the way she typically operated. Entering quietly and sneaking up on someone, then ever-so-casually piping up. Eliza grinned coyly. "Would one of you be so kind to enlighten me?" Eliza sized up the characters around her. They were all very pleasing to the eye. Eliza could not be so sure of her own appearance since she had not seen her reflection for awhile now. Eliza then remembered her manners and curtseyed deeply with a gentle smile.

"Holy-" Cadence jumped and ended up banging his shoulder into the wall. He winced. Where on earth had the girl come from? Normally, Caden could sense the prescence of anyone nearby (a talent cultivated to avoid people), especially vampires, but he hadn't read her at all. The girl curtsied, triggering the traditional response; a bow. Cadence swept into it before he thought about it. The movement caused his braid to become loose, making hair fall out and Caden curse. As he tried to work the offending strands back into place, he sized up the newest stranger. He was intrigued. "Do you shield yourself?" He asked, his voice showing his curiosity.

Eros strolled to the other guests. He found Caden's chivalrous actions quite amusing. His smile grew as he studied the beautiful hair cascading around the fellow vampire's figure. Eros remained silent for the time being. He stood merely as an observer.

Luke followed Eros to the circle of the other guests, in what some would call a trance state, and what some would call the state of a love-sick puppy. His mouth hung slightly open as he trailed Eros, eyes surveying his insurmountable ((sp?)) beauty.

Eliza raised a hand to her mouth and giggled. "Shield myself? No, dear, I simply concentrate my presence on areas that no one else seems to be concentrating on. It's somewhat of an art. You seem to be struggling with that. Let me help you," Eliza said as she pointed to the unruly remains of Caden's braid. Before Caden could reply, she slid the bow out of her own hair and nimbly worked his hair back into place, securing it with a small chamagne-colored bow at the bottom. She stepped back, surveying her work. "What do you think?" she asked.

"I think it looks pretty." A voice piped in from out of nowhere originating from behind Cadence just like Eliza had done, just with a lot more noise. Alvin was shorter then everyone present, it made him feel rather small and insignificant to tell you the truth, but that was forgotten almost as soon as it came. He ended up giggling like a little girl and tilting his head to the side, a smile on his teenage face. "I'm Alvin, hi." He said, waving a hand at everyone. Alvin glanced at his waving hand and then put it back down, a bashful smile now in place upon his features.

Eliza cocked her head. Alvin was an interesting one, she could tell. His physical appearance seemed about her age, but he seemed much younger in the ways he acted. "Thank you. After 150 years, braiding comes quite easily. Pleased to meet you, Alvin, I'm Eliza," Eliza said with a cheerful smile. She played mindlessly with a lock of hair as she gazed about the others in the room. "I would introduce you, but I don't know anyone yet," she said, beginning to feel slightly out of place. She pushed back her feelings of insecurity and looked at the group, trying to figure out who owned the house.

Alvin also glazed around him at the group, once again the feeling of being small come, but like before, vanished almost as soon as it had arrived. "You're all very tall..." He stated, his nose twitching. "Is that a cat I smell?! Kiitty~!" He all but sang and off he went to find the cat. He could smell it, so it had to be somewhere, and he all but dismissed the group of freakishly tall people as he looked.

Luke did a double take as the newcomer walked in. Not as gorgeous as Eros - no one was - but incredibly adorable, Luke began to follow him around, as he had done with Eros, until he caught the boy's attention.
"H-hi," he stammered. He was never this nervous around other men. Why now? "I'm Luke."

Alvin paused in his search for the cat to answer the tall guy quickly. He whipped around and smiled up at him. "I'm Alvin." He said again, "And you know what? I think I have a lisp, and I need to find the cat." He finished, though he didn't move to go after the cat again like he said he needed to. Instead he looked back at the other people and then back at Luke, "Do the other people have names?" He asked, though it would have been more polite to ask the people himself.

Caden was starting to feel twitchy, which would intensify his clumsiness. So many people. He hadn't been around more then two people at a time in over three hundred years. He had to concentrate on something, anything, before the incoherent babbling started. "I am Caden." He told Eliza, and Alvin, too, incase he was still listening. "It is nice to meet you, and thank you for this," He held up the end of the braid and gave the third mega-watt smile of his life.
