Schnerkel puffed into the room - she had been caught up by a rather agressive suit of armor that had tried to steal the toast she had been eating on her way to her class. While she had ultimately given up her food to the "master" of sorts, it left the young House Elf hungry and a bit late. Hopefully she would still be allowed to submit her homework though, and turned around to see her fellow classmates. "Hello," she nodded with a small smile to the boy with blue hair and the girls sitting around him.

Now I understand that the current Pear isn't the easiest thing to read
( a revamp is scheduled, just haven't had time), but please note that
all this information is located here. It is also located in the Entrance Hall.

You have to complete the original requirements, and complete two other
goals. You can either make 60 posts and turn in 3 pieces of homework, or you can make 60 posts and invite 3 people in the guild who have made a literate enough application. Another way to do the sorting is having a moderator nominate you. Trust me, moderators don't nominate random people. Even if you get the nomination you still have to turn in three pieces of homework or invite three people into the guild.

Welcome Schnerkel! Don't worry you're not too late.
It's never too late to have fun, or even learn!
I'm soo happy that everyone did the homework. I hope it
was a bit enlightening. I doubt it was that much enlightening. If you
read the Welcome Letter the answers were right in front of you. Good thing no one messed up on it.
Now there's was some confusion about the role KTWeirdchick plays.
Well if you said that she was Hufflepuff Head of House then I accepted that. It's good you mentioned her and knew she was Hufflepuff. KTWeirdchick is a "retired" Head of House. Why is she so important? Well she did a lot for this guild in its first few years. She was also someone that the guild's founder, Pinkie trusted lots. So she still has mod status, and even though we're not too sure what she is we'll say that she's Honorary Hufflepuff Head or you can Deputy Headmistress. Deputy Headmistress would be closest to what she does.

Well you'll get it anyway lol! The next lesson we'll be going over all the fussy guild rules. Sooner we get all that out the way the better because then we can really have fun! Depending on my RL schedule I hope to be able to do some get involved stuff. It's not too fun when all it involves is a PM.
(For all intents and purposes I probably won't roleplay in third person during lessons. I don't want to confuse anyone)

When I cleared up KTWeirdchick's status I didn't mention Junimaia's!
Junimaia was one of the most trusted Hufflepuffs. Not only that anytime
the guild had something planned in general, Juni was there to help. So it
only fits that when KT decided to "retire" her successor to the House
of the Loyal was Juni!
Junimaia is the undisputed Hufflepuff Head of House. No one else holds that position for that House. She's in charge of you future Puffies.

Well that's a very good question. (Also please call me Alicia, or Icee... "ms" is too formal for me). KTWeirdchick holds a very special position, for the most part the "retired" means that although you may see her around she doesn't work as closely with the guild in general (by posting everyday and dealing with small guild complaints)

Welcome to the Class!
(I shall add your name to the list tomorrow)
I am so ashamed right now! I came to the guild today with the intent
of posting a lesson. Well due to other circumstances I haven't had time.
Which means that due to my big mistake, tomorrow (TUESDAY) I will be posting a double Lesson. The homework will be doubled also, but you'll have two weeks to complete it, and it shouldn't be too hard. Hopefully later this week I can do an actual hands-on lesson (it'd be soo much fun)

Now that we know what an elf is, what about this guild?
The last lesson focused on the moderators. One person, syndar24 (congrats), correctly gave me exactly what I was looking for, although all the other answers were fine too.

Now since we're acquainted with the highest authorities of the guild, let's get to know the guild aspects. SUBFORUMS! Currently there are eight, which includes the main subforum, and not the Moderator Subforum. Please note that a majority of this information I am about to tell you can be found in the Entrance Hall. The Care-Takers OfficeThis subforum consists of SFQs (suggestions, feedback, and questions), the Hour Glasses, and a thread where the mods keep updated versions of your post totals. That's important because our guild has a rule that says you have to post 5 times in a month, or you'll be banned. sad Moderators are constantly in the SFQ, so never hesitate to post there. Here in HPGoG every member has a voice. USE IT! Around HogwartsOne of the most fun subforums! It's where most of the everyday mingling takes place. It's the role-play subforum! All of the common rooms are located in this subforum (which means that if you need to ask a quick question, your Head can answer it). I know you guys know where your common room is. There's also clubs, and a few random roleplays. Don't be afraid to participate in those because as an elf, you CAN! I recommend the Dueling Club for trivia-tastic fun! Halls of Learning Your current location. As an elf this subforum is pretty insignificant, but as a student it's soo much more. It's the place where you get all of your magical learning! The best part is by enrolling in classes you get House Points. However, for an elf, it holds some importance because there's a really special class that's being held for the newer members of the guild. I wonder where that is? Quidditch PitchThis is home to Quidditch! PhilbertTenderbean is our Referee, and if you have any questions head over to his realm. Did I mention elves are encouraged to participate? Heard it in the HallwayHeard what? Everything! This is the discussion subforum! Got something you want to share with your guild members, that can be discussed? Well then post it! Make a thread. This is where all members can get together and show their ideas, regardless if they're new, old, or barely active. If you really want to get to know the crazy members of this guild, visit here
