Delilah let out a scared little shriek as she leaped around to face...her attacker? She could only stare at the brightly colored demon in shock, panting with her heart beating so loud in her ears she was certain the entire forest heard it.

"Oh. Oh my I'm so sorry, Miss. Are you lost too?" Silk's trusting nature never for once let him think that this nymph could be of any danger.
Meridian found himself stuck in a world of dreams, with images of Delilah floating through his head. His memory did not include his recent capture and so his dream was quite fun and happy

"Lost?" Delilah repeated breathlessly as she began to regain her composure. "No, no I'm not lost." Meridian! "Please sir!" she implored the pony. "You must help me, she's taken him!"

'Are you kidding me?! This place is creepy enough. I'm not going to go wander after some vampire! I don't have some death wish you know. You however, seem awfully suicidal. Isn't Meridian a dragon anyway? I saw him a few times and he looks like he can take care of himself."

Izanami waked through the woods, carrying Jin-Kyoshi wrapped in her cloak. She sang softly to him and sighed. "You're as interesting as a rock, you know that?" She paused when she heard a commotion up ahead. "What is going on here?" she asked, coming upon Delilah and Silk. Jin-Kyoshi wobbled in terror.

Hector stroked Jimmys arm lovingly "Jimmy please wake up"Jimmy slowly opened his eyes "Oh...what? Did I faint?" he shook Hector off him "What happened?"Hector smiled "I saved you"Jimmy gave him a disapproving look "No you didnt! I didn't pass out until after we were almost fried, when Meridian saved me...or us rather" he rubbed his head "...I could use a nap"Hector folded his arms "He tried to sacrifice you to begin with"Jimmy ignored him...even though what he had said was true.

"He is your friend, not mine." Although, Silk wasn't too keen on hanging around in the dark woods by himself any longer. He figured his chances of getting out were far better with another pony, and with that, decided to offer his help. "All right, but you owe me. Remember that."

Safely in her lair deep beneath the earth Sangula dumped off her bloodbank. "That was easier than I thought," she smiled rather pleased with herself. "Why didn't I think of this earlier?"
