"No that wouldn't be good at all." Stripes was glad he wasn't the only one who thought that. He walked and looked for a pond. "The pond could be anywhere?" He asked again to help himself out.

"Yeah," Claud began to repeat, "Anywh-" He stopped mid-word as the ground beneath him all of a sudden grew mushy and collapsed. "Aaagh! Help! I'm dissolving!" he cried, splashign about in the shallows of a small pond that had apparently appeared out of nowhere.

Striped looked around in awe as they were now at this pond. Or so they had to be. It just appered just like Claud said it would. Stirped then noticed his friend and did his best to pull him out of the water.

Clambering soggily onto the sandy shore Claud panted and pointed at a small cottage-type structure with smoke curling out of a makeshift chimney. "Th-that's Chaos's house," he said, inching as far away from the water as he could without leaving the vicinity of the pond.

Stripes looked over to the cottage. "So, what do we do now?" Stripes didn't know Chaos or Pond or this place. He wasn't sure what they would do to get Pond to come and play.

Claud grinned, "That's easy." Wriggling himself into the bushes nearer the cottage he took a deep breath and let out a holler. "Treasure's trying to go swimming without you!"
After about three seconds an orange and black blur darted out of the house and past Claud's bush, shouting, "She better not think she's going to get away with it!"
A few seconds after that a small green, blue, and yellow Niva wandered out of the house, squeaking madly and trying to run after Chaos.
Seeing that Chaos was already long gone, Claud stepped out of his bush and caught Pond before he could chase after her. "Hey, wait! Would you like to play with us?" he asked, motioning to Stripes and himself and half-explaning, "He's the King of the CandyCanes, and I'm the King of the Gumdrop Forest."

The other must like to swim to run out like that or so Stripes thought. He then looked at the other niva like them. "Yes, come play. It's fun!" He told him with a smile.

Pond cocked his head to the side and squeaked, "Fun?" He pondered for a moment before nodding and bouncing. "Fun! Fun! Lollipops!" he shouted, dashing around his two new freinds.
"Do you want to be King of the Lollipops, then?" Claud asked, blinking and watching the other Niva run around.

Stripes chuckled. "All hail the King of the Lollipops!" He then smiled to Claud as he tried to not laugh too much. "Should we go back to where we were to play or stay here?" He asked.

"All hail!" Claud yelled, bursting into laughter, and giving Pond a wholehearted slap on the back. He blinked at the question, "I don't know... I don't know how long it will take Chaos to get back..."
Pond looked confused for a moment, then giggled and bounced in place. "Hail! Hail!" he shouted, "Ha-" He paused at the mention of leaving the pond. "Leave?" he squeaked, his smile turning into a shocked little frown. He glanced worriedly at the pond and then back to his new freinds, "No leave home!"

"Oh, okay. We can play here, right?" Stripes asked not sure of the Chaos person. Niva's were a lot smaller so bigger animals did scare him some times.

Claud shrugged, "Okay, but if Chaos comes back we need a name for her... How about Queen of the Chocolate Sea?" He wasn't sure if there was a chocolate sea in Candyland, but they were sort of running out of lands to conquer.
Pond squeaked in delight, "Here! Here! Queen Chocolate Sea!" He bounced up onto a rock and made a squeaky proclamation to someof his subjects, which mainly consisted of rocks.

"Sounds good to me. So, Fellow Kings what is this meeting about? I think I'd like to raise the subject of stopping the insects from eating my forest of candy cane trees. What about you?" He went back into the game.,

"Aye," Claud put in, "The ants keep carrying my gumdrop subjects!" He pointed to a pile of berries that were currently being carried off in a line.
Pond just smiled, standing tall over his rocks. "Pond subjects not get eated! Pond subjects strong!" Bounces and plucks up a berry, popping it into his mouth and looking away whistling.

Stripes nodded. "Really? Is there anway we can hire your subjects to stop the ants from hurting ours? If so what do you want in return?" Stirpes asked as he watched the "gumdrops' being carried away.
