Ken was running home from training afterschool. As Mae was walking home she saw Ken run past her.Why is he running so fast to get home I mean it's...oh my gosh it's starting to get dark outside, I'm late..., she thought to herself as she started to become very sad.

(What happened to school O.o)
"I'm home!" Tai yelled as he entered in home on the 'Inside'. Like most days, no response could be heard from within the house though he was sure that someone was home. Like most of the Zodiac, the monkey, Tai had always felt separated from the rest of the world, his home life was no exception. With a sigh, Tai put down his book bag and returned to the door, "I'm heading to the Arcade, be back Later!"

When Amaya reached the Sohma main house a maid ran up to her. "Hurry !! You can't keep him waiting any longer !", she said and Amaya ran to the main room. "About time you came.", a voice hissed at her. The sliding door shut and the person slapped her across the face.

When Ken got home, he saw Amaya get slapped. So to avoid getting hit, he went around to the back of the house and quietly went up to his room. When Mae got home, it was really dark outside. Her mother pulled her in, beat her and told her to go to sleep without dinner. She walked up stairs to her room, with tears coming down her face and sat down on her bed.

Tears slipped down Amaya's face. The person smirks at her. "When you graduate you will be put in confinment. Unless you somehow say you can break the curse. You will never get away from me.", the person says tilting her chin up. "I will find a way to break this curse.", Amaya said stubornly. The person pushes her away and grabs a vase. "You will never get away ! We have a bond !!", the person yells as that person throws the vase at her, it collides with the top of her head. She falls down un-conciouse.

Like usual, the arcade was only about half filled, mostly by guys. Most of the Zodiac would probably avoid places like this, but the monkey had always found it relaxing. It wasn't that he didn't own games of his own, in fact, his mother pretty much gave him whatever he wanted as long as she never had to interact with him, it was the company. Even though he knew he could never let himself get to close to anyone, Tai craved companionship, and this was the closest he got. He spotted a boy playing DDR, "Mind if I join?"
"Sure."

Mae didn't want to stay home, she packed a bag with the essentials, made a rope out of blankets she had in her room and quietly walked away. She saw the arcade, looked in the window and then kept on walking.

People hold that person back from doing any further harm on Amaya. Nobuyuki runs in and picks Amaya up bridal style. Then he runs out of the room as the other people calm that person down.

"Wow man, wher did you learn to play like that?" the kid asked Tai in amazement.
the boy simply shrugged, but in all honesty, he knew. As the monkey, Tai was always fairly flexible, and filled with energy.
"Rematch?"
Tai was about to respond when he noticed a girl walking by the arcade. He was fairly sure she was part of his family, but still he couldn't remember her name, "Maybe later."
By the time the boy made it outside, the girl was already far away, "Hey, wait up!" Tai yelled and then began to chase after her. It wasb't long before he caught up, "You're a Sohma right?"

"Uh, sure. But I was wondering..." he wanted to ask if she was a member of the Zodiac to. He was fairly sure he had seen her sitting at the tab;le during New Years, but he wasn't positive. In all honesty, the Zodiac members were not encouraged to converse, thier God was far to paranoid that they might team up against him. Even still, he wanted to know, but he could just ask, he need to make sure first, "Does Monkey, Snake Dog, mean anything to you?"

Tai could fell the girl's arms embracing him, and yet he did not transform, "Thought so, so which one are you Mae?"

Nobuyuki sets Amaya down on the couch and softly curses the god for doing this to her. He writes a note to her saying he was taking a walk. Then he walks out to see Tai and Mae. "Hello Tai-Kun, Mae-Chan. Remember me from new years ?", he asks them cheerfully. He was way too social.
