"I believe in the old ways, admiral" auron says, finishing the cut and watching the two halves fall over and land with a loud sound "as long as it can cut a persons body in half down the middle in one stroke, I'm fine with it" he says, touching the blade to it's sheath and transforming it, then sliding it back into place "and why are you slinking around on me ship, Mother?" he says, looking at storm with a glare "At least kibo has a reason" he says, looking at a rat scamper across the deck "now how in the world did that get up here" he says, flicking at the rat as it flies away and lands next to the Split Skull "I guess I haven't gotten rid of ALL the vermin quite yet"

Kibo: But if you kill the crew, then there will be no one left to spread your terror. If you cut a ship in half in one fell swoop, any survivors would have one hell of a story to tell. Just make sure they know who you are. Imagine, a man washed up on a shore, telling the story of a ship that descended from the sky, and a single man who split a ship with a single stroke of a massive sword! They'd think you were an envoy of God himself!

((I dunno how the captain would fare, but the VC's fine with it. She offered to promote me to crew, actually. But I dunno if she ever sent a PM to the captain to actually promote me or not. Oh well.))
