"It's been a while since you've set foot in my house Clar. And you've brought Miss Sullivan. To what do I owe this lovely visit?" asked Lex with a dark smile.
"You know why we're here!" Chloe shouted. "How could you set this thing on Clark, what did you hope to acchieve by doing this?!"

clark felt a rush of energy suddenly, tanding up properly, he felt pretty mad and was acting strangely, affected by the constant exposure to kryptonite, he ran towards lex, all chloe saw was a blur before lex was being held up to the wall, clark telling him to get rid of the meteor freak or it would be the last thing he did

"Clark! Heads up!" Chloe yelled as the meteor freak entered the room.
"It seems as if your friend is here, Clark." Lex snarled. He smiled as Clark began getting weaker. "You want to know why I created him? Becuase I was tired of you always getting what you wanted."

clarks grip loosened, him feeling faint before just collapsing, wierdly, lex's panic room was open, chloe could see that a computer was on inside, not only was this a safe place for her but it seemed to be her only chance of saving clark as he lay there helpless

Chloe dodged Lex and ran inside the panic room. "Why couldn't Lex just make a hateful phone call instead?" she groaned as she looked for a deactivation button. She finally found one and hit it, the meteor freak collapsing on to the ground.
"Get up!" Lex yelled at it. "Get up and finish Clark off!"

although the meteor freak wa sshut down it was still kryptonite, clark couldnt get up, he just layed there, lex reaching for a gun to finish him off himself, his gun case nearer to chloe but clark knew chloe wouldnt kill

Chloe ran to the gun, grabbing it and looking from Clark to Lex, "Please Lex, I don't want to have to hurt you."
"You wouldn't hurt me, Miss Sullivan. You want to protect Clark don't you? Well, I'm the only one who know's that things weakness. Tell you what, you hand me that gun and I'll help you save Clark." Lex smirked walking over to her.
"How do I know if I can trust you?" Chloe asked, looking over at Clark. "Fine but we have to help Clark now or he can die!"

clark was shaking, cold sweat covering his forehead, curled in a ball as he was on the floor, getitng more pale

Lex pulled a piece of blue kryptonite from his pocket, puttin it on the meteor freak's chest. The green kryptonite began to wear off, the blue revearsing the effect. "There. And now, Miss Sullivan, may I have a...kiss for thanks?" Lex asked wrapping an arm around her waist and kissing her.

clark got to his feet quickly as he could, pulling lex off of her, not strongly, knowing he had saved his life , just stopping him, taking a while to recover still

Lex smiled, "Just remember, I saved your life. If at anytime I think I need something that you can help me with something than I WILL call you for help." Lex's gaze shot to Chloe, "This counts for you to, Miss Sullivan."

clark seemed pretty worn out from the constant exposure, wanting to fall asleep as they drove back to clarks house in chloes car, his eyes slowly starting to close

As they pulled up to the farm, Chloe helped Clark out of hte car and into the house. She helped him up the stairs and put him in his bed, kissing his forehead, "Get some sleep big guy."

Chloe went downstairs and made a pot of coffee, wanting to try to forget about the kiss that she and Lex had shared.
