Hightlight for my hopeful take on this
The way it ended made us assume Itachi got Sasuke's eye. There was a yell, but it didn't show us what really happened. Its quite possible that he got it, because that still wouldn't kill him. And I'm almost sure he did. But what if it was Itachi that yelled? Did Sasuke do something at the last minute? I'm hoping.... xd
