Holding Meiringan so that the blade covered his left eye, Tai spoke.
"Turn out the lights, Meiringan," he said.
As the words left his lips, the entire sky flashed black for a second, bringing thunder and lightning. Though it only lasted for a very short period of time, it signaled very clearly, the awakening of the Zanpakutou that belonged to the Eleventh Squad Captain, Tai. Along with the release of the blade, whose name translated into "Dark Wheel Eye", would come an image of the Espada's worst fear.

The appearance of two spirits, both of high levels, made Reiko quickly look up. The owners were both busy with each other, but one caught her eye quickly. Taking little time to study them, she made sure that she wasn't noticed before getting to her feet. As she brushed off her jeans, not too worried about the weakened Menos behind her, her crimson eyes gazed at the owner of the new voice. Straightening up, the Quincy slowly looked him up and down, feeling some of his spirit pressure. He wasn't a soul reaper, that she could tell, nor was he human. A Hollow?

"Most likely, I don't think I saw any other Quincies around," she said in an almost sarcastic tone, but held it back a bit. Her hand brushed her light hair over her shoulder, as her eyes narrowed a bit. The latter part of his sentence made the light bulb in her mind turn on. Bingo. He was most definitely with the Hollows. "What does a Arrancar, such as yourself, want to accomplish by releasing Menos into the human world?" She wasn't too sure about Hallows, since they hadn't really started appearing until not too long ago, nor was she so under educated that she couldn't make small assumptions as to what rank the Hollows were. In her opinion, there was no need to cause a ruckus with Menos that were this wild.

His laugh completely baffled her. Was it that obvious of a mistake? Her eyes held the glare, the fire in her crimson orbs igniting. Well sorry I'm not psychic, she thought, about ready to kick this guy back to where ever he was from, since he wasn't from Las Noches. Biting on her lip, she averted her gaze to the sky for a moment, telling herself to calm down. Since it was her, she probably would've just punched him, but knew that he was most likely stronger than she was.

"You assume?" She asked under her breath, not really wanting him to hear. He just told her that mortals were the ones that made the assumptions, and here he was, saying that he 'assumed' something. A small scoff left her lips, but she returned her eyes to the man in front of her. "A deal?" Her interest started to peak. Hallows were the soul reapers enemies, or were their enemies before. She shrugged her shoulders in response. "Maybe, depends. What is it?" Even if she was one to jump to conclusions, deals were on a very different level. She actually thought things through it, instead of just giving a straight answer.

A small smirk pulled at her lips, but instead, a smug look crossed her features. At least his head wasn't so high in the clouds that he couldn't ask for assistance from a 'mortal'. "Sounds easy enough." Her eyes followed his and she looked at the soul reaper. As long as this guy wasn't working with him, she'd accept. "Fine, I'll help you." Her foot tapped the ground impatiently, as she was rather interested to hear what he was saying. This person was planning something, obviously, but it didn't really matter what. Not yet anyway.

"Sure. I was going to get rid of him anyway, with or without your consent. But you giving me information is just a bonus to all of it." Stepping back, she placed one foot behind her, in a somewhat running start position. "Any time you're ready," she said, pulling at the leg of her pants. It jingled the cross on her bracelet, just to let her know that it was still in tact. Her foot kicked the ground once, itching to throw another energy blast at the Menos. But she had to wait for his 'opening'.

Saverio saw the grand cero and decided to use that as cover rather then the Quincy's spirit pressure. He let go of his swords hilt and decided to just use some balas to damage the hallow. He held out his hand and shot out 3 bala blasts. Though weaker then a cero they were 20 times faster and not as likely to be seen by either of the two that where fighting.

The Balas hit the menos around the massive hole in his chest. He could have killed it with a cero, sword strike, or even a few Bala's to the mask, but that would be less entertaining. "There, if you can't kill it now then you are far to weak to even be worth getting this information." he told her as the Menos stumbled backwards and yelled out.

Growling, she clenched her fist, holding back the urge to hit the man. In more of an agitated rage, she kicked up, the large silver-blue light hitting the Menos. Although she would've been overjoyed to have seen such a large amount of energy actually hit the mark, she was too irked at the man's attitude. Stomping her foot upon the ground, she turned and glared at him. "It'd be dead even without your help."

Turning back around, she focused her attention back on the weakened hollow. "Fine, whatever," she scoffed, running her hand through her hair. Her crimson orbs stared at the Menos, it howled as it held the remnants of its mask to its face. She rolled up her pants leg, the cross dangling against her skin. After god stepping back up its arm, she kicked its hands, the blue orb going through it's head. As it disintegrated, the Quincy jumped down, landing onto the branch of a nearby tree, her eyes glaring daggers at the man.

he smirked slightly, though his eyes held a different emotion altogether
"ive never fought a vizard...its rather interesting" he thought as he held both his forearms up in a defensive stance
"i should be able to handle a balas with just my Hierro" he then said in his mind as the blast raced at him.
he then braced himself as the attack neared him and made contact, it didn't do much damage but it did send him sliding back a bit and left a burn mark over his forearms.
that it?" he mocked
he then charged at him and tried to get in close and land a few punches
"to bad i was a hand to hand fighter when i was alive" he thought as he swung at his gut before he jumped up and went for a spin kick to the neck

((Hierro refers to the hardened skin of the arrancar/espada, which is a result of their compressed spiritual power. While their skin is strong enough to block even released zanpakutō bare-handed, it is by no means impenetrable. Stronger arrancar/espada have proportionally stronger skin.))

Aki was bored from filling out paperwork all day. "GOD, this is such a bore, when i signed up for this gig i thought i would get a crack at some hollows or the famed Arrancar that i heard so much about." sighing as he slid in his chair. "Things aren't any easier considering the fact i don't have a lieutenant" getting engrossed in his thoughts, Aki left the squad 6 building and wandered around.

"I wonder whats going on in the real world..." Aki thought as he headed for the gate. He exited to the real world coming out on top of a bridge in Tokyo. "Great...now it's time to play the waiting game" he thought as he sat atop the structure.
