Factoids spinesinbrine Factoids spinesinbrine Factoids Monstrasity Has anyone even said the beatles yet!! HELLO!!!! PEOPLE WHAT ABOUT THE OLDER MUSIC!!!! THAT MUSIC KICKS a**!!! >.< Older doesn't exactly mean better, though. And I see The Beatles as the MCR of its time, no offense... eek They're not. Believe me, they're not at all. The Beatles, Led Zepplin, and Queen are MCRs of their times, lulz. They aren't. I don't listen to Led Zep or Queen enough to know about them, but the Beatles are not. They were musical pioneers, experimenting in many different styles and having original songs which have influenced hundreds of bands and musicians in the time following their debut. Who knows, ten years from now My Chemical Romance might influence other bands. Of course, if that does happen, it would be a grim day for the music industry. But basically, both bands are pioneers of pop rock, and the only significant difference is that one bands has been around longer, to influence music more than the other. MCR actually aren't pioneers of anything. They're copies of a style that was around long before they were.

My favourite bands would HAVE to be My Chemical Romance, The Moffatts, Fall Out Boy, Three Days Grace, Aerosmith and a lot more.
See, I'm a fan of rock, pop-rock, some types of metal and emo.
Gah, I love My Chemical Romance! xd

MCR actually aren't pioneers of anything. They're copies of a style that was around long before they were. besides, the beatles weren't pioneers of "pop rock". You're forgetting their influences in psychadelic rock, the indian riffs and themes in many of their songs, acoustic, classical, rock and jazz influences.

Sleepwalk Capsule Yeah but people give credit to wrong places, look at all the fags that hold Marilyn Manson as god of strange and goth hey whoa! I thought this guild was full of people that respected everyone's differences. I, not being goth, still find it offensive that you call the goths faggots. I'm not really into all the crap, but still, don't go running your mouth about them. As for Marilyn Manson, according to "real" goths, he's not goth.
