Dionysus, the illustrations I always see of him have a guy with black hair and tan skin. Plus the St. Patrick's day hat is based on a day where people indulge in alcoholic beverages and is likely one of Dionysus's favorite holiday. blaugh

I think your blue gown reminds me of this picture of Urania the Muse of Astronomy from my mythology book.

Euterpe the muse of music, cause you have musical notes and also a little of Athena cause you look similar to the statue of Athena.
