It looks very casual relationship. Like they know each other so well and over so long time that they don't need to talk much. Casual sex too maybe. biggrin But that's really not the point, isn't it.
Its not romantic and its not 'lover' or 'siblings' type of relationship. Just partners or close friends. Those two are the best thing this far at FFXII, right after Basch. They are so relaxed around each others.

Hmmm, doesn't Fran come out and say they're not dating or anything in Reverent Wings (on a side note - I have never seen anything so ignored by the fandom as RW xD)? Something like, he tried, but she kept refusing until he gave up?
Although, I'm probably getting mixed up with fanon. sweatdrop

Well, the reason I ignore RW is that I've never played it. sweatdrop So I wouldn't know, but that definitely sounds like it could happen. It sounds pretty awesome, actually.

You're not missing much. The storyline doesn't really add anything to the original XII, isn't that great, and don't see much of any of the XII characters besides Vaan and Penelo. The combat can be fun, but is hard in the beginning, and sometimes requires mind-numbing grinding.

I was just about to say that I'll report when I see scene that gives some info, but then I read it again. Revenant Wings. But I'll take that when you say so. This guild and Ravenwolf is a filter of its own already for more trusted info. wink

Well, I say that Balthier is freakin' hottness, and their relationship? I couldn't neccesarily imagine them having any sort of romantic type thing...I think that she's just very loyal to him (in a partnership sort of way), and although Fran is attractive somewhat, I think that Balthier would prefer his own...er, kind?
But, Balthier was being sorta sweet to Penelo in some parts of the game, but there's definitely nothing going on there. She's all Vaan's... smile

I dont think theres no man alive that could handle Fran. Balthier would be your best bet at any man getting with her.
