HIGH SCHOOL, most definitely. You aren't paying for it then. You fail in college and there goes your money down the drain.

Hung upside down off a ten story building, at last then it'd be exciting...scary but exciting.
Would you rather have an extremely smelly hamster cage next to you [Darn Ninja for being such a messy hamster ^^;] or be stuck in a busy chip shop for 4 hours [D:]
