Aphrodite stood, and pinned the bird down with a paw. "I will," she told Skylar. "I can't wait to see their faces!" Then she put the bird back in her mouth and silently ran out into the halls.
Aphrodite tried to stay out of sight, and when she made it to Gryffindor tower, she remembered that she didn't have the password. Just then, a first year came by, and gave the password, allowing Aphrodite in. Aphrodite let the bird go, and watched as it sat on a first year who screamed. Spells were shot every which way, and older students kept trying to stop the bird, but they kept tripping on the first years. When Aphrodite decided that was enough, she jumped out and ate the bird in front of all the scared first years and the confused 2nd through 7th years. Then, she hissed at the first years, who screamed, and ran around trying to get to their dormitories, making the older students frantically try to make them calm down. While this was happening, Aphrodite left, laughing to herself.
Back at the Slytherin Common room, Aphrodite reverted to her human form and told Skylar what happened.

S K Y L A R laughed at the story being told to her, finding it rather humourous. "Silly Gryffindors. Serioulsy now, to get so worked up over a bird let loose in their dormitory? Come now, what children! Although, the first years you can't do anything but expect them to be scared... I must admit, I should like to witness the chaos one day," she grinned to Aphrodite, practically praising her for the mayhem she'd caused.
She could only imagine what was running through all the kids' minds when she'd eaten the bird, though. And she rather liked the thought of them being horrified before they started a frenzy in which she left. She nodded her head to herself, just a little, but some could say it was to Aphrodite for her job well done. "Doesn't get much better than that," she stated, more to herself than anyone.

Aphrodite smiled. "Yes, amazing what one bird can do." Blackavar shook his head, but he smiled at the same time.

I returned to the common room to find it not that much different than when I left. The only difference was that Skylar and Aphrodite seemed to be having a chat of sorts. As I walked across the room I hoped they wouldn't notice me. I took a seat on the floor next to the fire, absorbing the heat radiating from the flames.

"Yes," I sighed. "But I don't think she'll stop being pompous or even try to control her urges."
Pheona curled up in my lap and rolled over so that I could rub her belly. As I rubbed her purring grew louder and louder within my head until it blocked out most of the world.

marduke walked in slowly and made herself unnoticable and she darted for the stairs to the girls dorm.
" go! gO! GO!" she thought to herself.
she go to the top of the stairs and called down.
"thanks again" marduke got up to the room and looked out the window. she took out a quill and paper and began to write a note.
" Dear Vlad,
it's working! i went the longest i've ever gone with out drink any blood. 4 months to be exact every time i contain an ugure my time grows long. who know maybe by the end of june i can go a whole half a year with out feeding. Man i'm still new to his whole vamprie thing. i freaked out in front of kids in the slytherin dorms and i'm not exactly making friends. Xenia wasn't there either but i can't blame her she's teaching her horticulture class. i won't write your eyes off so i'll get going. How's Jyric? i miss him soo much. i can't wait to find a good friend here ^.^ okay well i got to go get some sleep write back if you can okay. i need to know you still understand. write to you soon.

An hawk comes out of no where and flies to Aphrodite and gives her a piece of paper. Aphrodite opens the letter which says,
"Happy Birthday, Aphrodite. Yes, we did remember. Don't think that 3 years would have changed that. Well, hear from you soon! From Mourndal"
Aphrodite didn't show any emotion what-so-ever.

"Blackavar?" Aphrodite asked him. "Who's Mourndal?" Blackavar looked at her with a strange expression. "Mourndal,"he said, "is that guy you were always around." Aphrodite gave him a weird look. "I don't remember a guy." "He was a fallen angel who helped you get control of shape shifting." Aphrodite still didn't seem to remember this person.

I quietly rose from beside the fire after Pheona went looking for her dinner and made my way into my dormitory to attempt a full night's sleep.
