There are barrels along the wall to your right ((South)) and another exit to your left ((North)), as well as the one Steve told you about ((East)). However there is a pile of large crates in the S-E corner, seemingly packed erratically. There looks to be a gap in between some of the crates ...
And a low growling noise ...

looks like I found 7 rounds...
So, inventory update...
Inventory:
1x Torch (Eq, LH)
1x Tazer
1x Knife
1x Cleaned femur
1x Cage with pet rat
1x Pistol with 4 rounds (Eq, RH)
1x Pistol with 5 rounds
7x Extra rounds for pistol
1x Health Pack
1x Rope
Well then, I suppose I should load up those pistols...
