Alex and Oliver finished eating and made their way over to the lake where the others were. The water was a perfect tempeture and Alex found many shells. "That one's pretty... Wow... It just shines red.." Oliver said this as he was examining a bright red shell with little gold markings in his hand, twirling it over and over, shining it in the sun. "Yeah... Whoa, you're right.."

Aura drug Larry through the woods until she found a spot where she could see the lake and still rest against a tree. "Isn''t it beautiful? You should bring Akki here sometime, I think she''d like that with you." Ruffling her brothers hair she grinned and sat down, taking out her guitar. "You don''t need any help right now do you?" Looking down at her he started to slide his own case off of his shoulders. "Nah, I''m just working out the basic melody. You should be fine for awhile." Shrugging the case back up onto his back he turned and headed for a nearby tree. He wanted privacy with which to write to Akki and do his school work. Calling out to his sister as he sat down he turned to look at her, "Let me know when you need me." Taking out his books he smiked. Not like that would be an issue with you anyway.

Tasi needed to relax. She walked over to a lake, and found a rock just a ways out, big enough to sit on. She sat on the rock and sat for a while, staring mindlessly at the lake. She hoped no one would bother her. After a while, she layed down on the rock and watched the sky.

Kalan set his things down and drew out a towel big enough for him and Akki to cuddle on. This should do it... he thought to himself as he sat down and waited for his love.

Akki stepped onto the beach, her eyes searching the area. Spotting Kalan, she smiled and hurried over, a hamper of food over her arm.

Looking up at her approach Kalan grinned and held out his arm to her. "Why, it feels like forever since I saw you last."
((i've got to get to bed i'm being told. =/ we can finish this when you're feeling better, okay?))

Akki dropped the basket and slipped her arms around his neck, kissing his cheek lightly. "I missed you."

"I missed you too, darling." Kissing her on the cheek as well he sighed, "Momma was home, she was talking to the damn snake. I miss her."

Akki shuddered. "Miss mom, or the snake?"
Akki pulled out of his arms, unbuttoning her dress and slipping it off to reveal a bright pink bikini. Blushing as she looked back at Kalan, she pulled a cover-up out of her bag and slipped it on.

"Momma, silly." Wrapping his arms around her waist once she was done Kalan kissed her ear, "You should want to cover up such an amazing body, love," he said, "But I'm almost glad you did."

"Well, more people may show up and I know how uncomfortable you get in crowds..." said Kalan. Lifting the lid to the basket he grinned, "More of your amazing food?"

Akk smiled, lifting her face to meet his eyes. "I'd rather we had the beach to ourselves.
Its nothing much. I threw some chicken salad sandwiches together...and cheese, pickles and a chocolate cake. You want to go swimming first?"

Laughing Kalan climbed up from the towel and held a hand out to Akki, "That sounds just perfect." Smiling with a crooked, and goofy, half-grin he pulled her close and kissed her on the lips, "Much like you."
