Mr. Johnson looked impressed, "good job, the audition results will be posted on the notice board tomorrow, your audition results at least, some people haven't arrived yet. Now, which were you hoping to get in?" "At least Chamber, sir," Kari said, "I hope I played well enough to get into Chamber, maybe Allegra," "Very well," Mr. Johnson made a quick note, "I record every audition on tape so that the conductors of normal orchestra, chamber, and Allegra can help me decide where to place you, you did very well Kari, now, Mr. Green, if you would please come up?" Kari sat down in one of the chairs, "good luck," she said to Alex.

Alexander grabbed a chair, a stand, and the violin and bow at once. He slowly made his way over to the stage, just realizing there was already a seat and stand up there. "Oh," he said, surprised. "Well, time to play," he said, and sat down. He started playing Dos Fuegos, slow at first, then speeding up. At the end he was playing the Accelerando perfectly. He stood up, and did a little bow. "Thank you," he said, and hurried up to sit down in a chair.

"Well done!" Mr. Johnson said, "Well done! Now, I must ask you, what orchestra do you hope to be placed in?"

Kari clapped politely, then stood up and began to make her way out of the orchestra room.

"Eh, I really don't care," said Alexander. He stood up and walked out of the room, nonchalantly. He walked behind Kari. "Nicely done!" he said. "I don't think I did too well," said Alex. "Well, I'm going to head up and start doing something."

((Sorry it takes me so long to post. My dad and brother got in a motercycle accident. My brother can't move whatsoever, and my dad has a nasty cut on his elbow. I am just worrying about them and I am keeping on checking up on them.))

(thats okay, I'm really sorry about that)

Kari turned around, "you did fine, I think he'd put you in chamber at least," then she walked up the stairs to her dorm, "I'll see you later," she said, as she headed down the hallway to her dorm.

Sighing as he finished strumming his new tune, remembering to write it down because he liked the sound, he noticed in annoyance that he had gathered a small croud of maybe ten kids or so. Sighing, he looked up at them. "Yes...?" He asked, already knowing why they stood there. This is the reason I don't play in the halls... He thought to himself, not getting an answer from any of the students standing there.

"Yes, I got a question," said Alexander. All the kids turned to face him, and was stared down by a leopard with no leash or collar. They scattered and screamed. Bloody murder was screamed by a few. "Do you need some help getting rid of these kids?" asked Alex. "Oh, and Izzet, sit," he said. The cat sat down, swishing her tail from side to side. "There ya go, pal," said Alexander. "Damn solicitors."

Kari knew where she was headed, to one of the freshwater springs in the forest, as she stepped out of the school, the bright sunlight seemed to turn her emerald colored eyes peridot. Looking up at the cloudless sky for a moment, Kari then turned and walked down the path leading to the forest. She had always loved the calm and quiet of the forest.

Star finished exploring the school, so she decided to go back to her dom. On doing so, she passed that dude with a lepard and some other dude who had a guitar. Star turned and brought her skateboard up. She nodded to them, before unlocking the door and entering her room.

Kari sat with her back to the tree trunk, listening to the steady pounding of the small waterfall nearby, it was cool and calm in the forest. Looking up at the leafy canopy, she recited the poem she had constructed in her head, "let my days not be tarnished by sorrow and strife, for there is more than sadness to life, and though without dying there cannot be living and let everyone know to be kind and forgiving." She watched the spring for a moment, then approached it and swirled her finger around in the water, watching the silver fish scatter.

Thylassa ran up to the school- apparently called Clearwater Academy, anyone could guess why- and she breathed in the air. Where she had been living with her brother, Thylassa had been forced to get used to big-city stenches like motor oil, trash cans around every corner, and the occasional skunk. Here, however, the air was free of pollutants, and the air was as crisp as a well-ripened apple. She knew there would be many kids older then her, but that was a challenge she could always take on. A little taller then most girls of her age, Thylassa had long brown hair, blue-green eyes, and a darling mini-dress that she had only brought for parties.

Slowly she entered and gaped at the front hall. Her APARTMENT building had been 5 times smaller! Trying to read the map she had gotten in the mail, she eventually found the office and found out everything she needed to know. Sifting through the papers, she found the extra courses sign-up sheet. She chose Choir, Music, Soccer, French, and.... As she looked through the papers, she realized that was all she really wanted so she gave it to the office and went to search for her room. It was on the map so she flipped the paper and used the map to find room 2 on the third floor. Though it was kinda far up, Thylassa didn't care. It would give a wonderful view of the forest.

Once she got to the room she opened a small crate, and two cats plopped out. Their names were Leapardclaw and Darkeningsun, proof that she was a full-fledged Warrior Cats fan. They looked dizzy, so she sat down and gave them a good pet. After laying out their boundaries, she worked on the room as a whole. It had a small desk on which she placed her laptop, pencil case with mechanical pencils, and a box of tissues. On the wall behind the desk she placed a white board and 4 small magnets, each representing an element. She preferred Water, then air, then earth, then fire. Using this scale, she could easily determine which papers were the most important, and which were the least important. Also, she set out her markers for her board in her pencil case.

On the bed she set her pillows and special quilt and baby blanket, which she took anywhere. (Call her a baby because of that, and you're in for a big blowout!) On one of the walls she placed a Red Hot Chili Peppers poster, and underneath a tiny nightstand with a CD player/radio/alarm system with a RHCP CD in it and more of them to the side. Soon she could get an iPod and use her laptop to download songs. Finally, she scented the air with the rare and familiar scent of a light perfume. It was her mother's, and her mother promised everything of hers to Thylassa when she died. Thylassa held it near and dear, and always sprayed her room with it lightly when it 1. smelt horrible or 2. was unfamiliar to her and she wanted a good start with it. Then she was done, and decided to take her cats on a stroll around the building.

Kari got up at last, dusting off the dirt on her jeans, she turned and headed back up the path to the school. On coming inside she found herself stunned once again by the size of the front lobby. As soon as she walked into her dorm, Fear had screeched and flew around the room, landing on her head. "Okay, I'm glad to see you too Fear," Kari said, holding out her arm so Fear could perch on her fist rather than on her head. "Lets go meet a few people, shall we?"

Thylassa slowly closed the door and let her cats down the hall and into the lobby. There was so much here! The first thing she wanted to do, though, was go to the cafe. After the long, cramped drive to the school, she had grown tired, hungry, and wary that this school year could be great- or the biggest mistake of her entire life. Not like she could've changed the fact that she had to move out of the apartment with her brother. Soon she realized that she was just standing there, and her cats were straying around the lobby. Easily she picked up Leapardclaw, but Darkeningsun was straying to the doorway. If he got out, she might never see him again!
