Yaoi is way more popular. There are yaoi sites everywhere; yuri is equally as fun but not as popular, sadly.
I'm a fan of both but I like yaoi more.

yaoi, because I'm mostly gay. I did find a really good Shizune/Tsunade fic (Naruto), but other than that I haven't found a good fic where the yuri couple is the focus. I found fics that have a yaoi main couple, then a yuri side couple, but that's it.
