I lived in Northern Canada for ten years.
Nothing BUT snow, for about 9 months in the year.
Now I live in Nova Scotia, but... s**t, do I hate snow.

I used to live in Texas. El Paso to be exact. It nevere snowed there either. But where I live now it snows in April! Bwahahahaha!!

I'm perplexed when people are all "Ooh! Snow! I love winter!"
Because when you live in waist-deep snow for a good 10 years, you tend to lose all affection for it.
I've gotten frostbite a few times, too.
The weather in northern Canada is dry as a bone, therefore it seems less cold, even if it's minus fifty.
They only close school, up there, when it's -50 Celcius.
And the buses stop at -40 Celcius.
Pardon my metric system.

Wait...so even when the buses stop working, you still have to go to school until the temperature goes down ten more degrees? Or has all my math sense gone out the window?
