"Aren't there other pirates out there figh-" Merei stopped, turning her full attention to Will as he once again moaned due to the pain he was experiencing. Poor thing. She so ever wished that she could ease his anguish, but she didn't know what to do. Medications didn't seem to be working.
"Are you okay?" She questioned the boy, slapping herself mentally for asking such a stupid question. "I-I mean is there anything I can do to help?"

Merei nearly jumped as blood spurted out of the poor boy's mouth. Damn. Apparently he wasn't getting any better. Things were worse then she thought, but she would make sure the boy would get healthy, no matter what. Or course Rab's presence was bugging her but she still hurriedly reached for the water that she had gotten just earlier, and held it to the boy's lips.

"Nah. I got my kicks in. You didn't see 'cause you were out like a light, but I got a navy dog right twixt his eyes with my flintlock, and more, at 20 paces. Har har!" he said with relish. It seemed like Rab was being rude, but he was trying to keep his friends spirits up, and possibly keep his mind off the pain. But then he saw Will spurt blood and his eyes went wide. "s**t!" he yelped and darted over to him, "Is he alright? Can I do anything?"

"Yes." Merie replied to Rab with irritation laced in her smooth silky voice. "You could go away." Seriously. It seemed as if the boy would never leave. Weren't pirates supposed to want to kill the Navy above everything else. Of all the pirates to have bothering her why did it have to be the friendly sentimental one?

"What the hell is your problem! My friend is hurt badly here and all you've done is try to get rid of me? If you want me gone so damn bad, then FINE!" he shouted at her. He abruptly turned around and stormed over to the door, and with a single swift kick he jarred the door off its hinges. It slid down the stairs and he charged down after it. Knowing that kind of noise would have attracted the large group of drunken sailors, he was ready for a good fight, only to find the bar had emptied out, the drunken navy dogs had finally realized that a battle was raging outside. Rab walked over to the bar and sat down, conveniently swiping a drink a sailor had left behind.

After letting the water pour down his throat, blood continued to stream out. Will wanted to say something to Rab and make him ignore Merie, but the blood drowned his words. He tried saying 'Rab, don't leave.'' but nothing would come out of his mouth. The only thing that streamed down his mouth was blood.

Merei turned to watch Rab storm off in a dramatic way like a teenager angry at their parents, feeling just a tad bit guilty. However, she didn't truly care. She was used to bossing people around, and she didn't want the boy near him so-.. Dammit. Will looked rather disappointed at the fact that Rab had left.
After pulling the glass away from his lips, Merei frowned, knowing that she should apologize. "Sorry."

Rab slammed back half a pint of rum and slammed it back down onto the counter. He was so pissed at the broad. Who did she think she was? She thinks because she owns some bloody bar that she is queen of liberty city? If William wasn't in such bad shape he would just walk back up there and throw her out the window. She was very lucky Rab didn't know much medical crap, or her days would be numbered.

William finally felt the blood stop pouring out of his mouth. But he knew that it still wouldn't be wise to talk. So instead, he just nodded to Merie and closed his eyes, hoping it would all be over soon.

Merei smiled a bit as she saw the boy nod in reply, so at least he was accepting the apology. That meant that he wouldn't kill her right when he was able to. Of course she still had to worry about him not dying or anything, but she was lost as to what to do next. She had already stitched up the wound, and given him medication. Sighing, she sat on the edge of the bed, making sure not to be to close to the boy, any movement could hurt him and she knew it.
"Do you want more medication?" She asked Will, glancing over at him.

Rab's temper had cooled, mostly because he was one drink away from being full blown drunk. He had finished the pint he started, and two more he 'liberated' from absent sailors. Counting the two rums he had on the ship, he was practically lit. He stood up and meandered towards the stairs. He stepped up one, then turned and sat on it, sighing.

William tried to nod, but his pain was not allowing him to move. He felt himself losing his strength, and soon he began to see a blur as he opened his eyes. Silence drowned the room, and he could not longer think. And then he felt his heart beat slowly, and began going slower every minute. Death was near. Or perhaps it had come.

"Okay I'l-" Merei's words faltered as she noticed the boy's movements. He was getting weaker by the minute, and his skin paler by the second. "Will!"
She yelled out to him. "Don't die on me!" She added desperately, unsure of what to do next. Was she supposed to find medication? If so then what? She didn't know. Maybe something that would speed up blood pressure. But what did that? s**t. She didn't know.
