"If you like. I tend to hang out in the Adventurer's Tavern. We can talk there, anytime." With that Fury heads off to the Tavern, for a nice cup of tea.

Luc gets up and walks over to the two warriors clapping his hands. "Great duel! That was really quite entertaining!" He walks over to Alecks and shakes his hand. "You did a much better job fighting him then I did. I must give it to you! My name's Luc nice to meet you."

Smirking wordlessly Talos pulled up the black mask he usually wore while drawing his dagger in the other hand. "Lets get this over with, I dont usually train but fighting people like you makes even this seem entertaining." Waiting he searched for the eyes of his challenger as he prepared himself mentally.

Fury approaches Talos, a wary expression on he face. "Your a formidable fighter to be sure. This should be an excellent training session. Thank You for accepting my invitation. Shall we begin?" Fury strikes a defensive pose, as the Spiritual Fist explodes forward, seeking to catch Talos off guard.

As if on cue he takes up the same stance as his opponent. His minds eye predicting the spiritual attack. "Next time surprise me with your first attack, surprises are better."

Staring at each other seems to be an ineffective tactic for Talos, who prepares a Shield Bash for an attack that isn't there. For a Shield Bash to counter, a Normal Attack is required.
The Spiritual Hand swoops in, striking Talos for 10 points of special damage, bypassing his defense. Special attacks do special damage, which cannot be absorbed by regular defense.
Fury remains confident within his Defensive Hold, sending the Spiritual Hand in to finish Talos off. "Superior tactics will always be my first surprise. You must first know not only your own but also your opponent's strength's AND weaknesses; without that knowledge you are destined to fail through your own foolish mistakes." Which ultimately is the purpose of this training. To identify the specifics of combat, what works and what doesn't. By making a mistake here, you can be better prepared for where it actually counts; the dungeons.
Dice: Defense SA: Spiritual Hand Action: Defensive Hold
Fury: 25/25 AP: 0 MP: 1
Talos: 10/20 AP: 1 MP: 1
Your may continue when ready.

((First off, shield bash doesn't specify normal, special, or magic it just says attacking which you were. Second even if your "Special attack" went through my defense my die roll for defense would block 1 damage for every two intervals Since it was nine I'd block at least 4 If I'm wrong on this point me to where it says it since I've scanned the guild thoroughly on the special attacks vs defense and am lost for how this evades both my regular and my defense roll. This is why having an actual DM do these things is much better since I'm confused and I'm naturally not going to trust you whom is only trying to win at this point. Regardless find me somewhere that explains this special attack awesomeness and ill believe you, till then thats not gonna fly with me.))

Wordlessly charging Talos let his fury bubble into pent up adrenaline his mind focused on the fact ahead of him he had already lost but he would be damned if this pathetic upstart would finish this without even a scratch.

Fury sinks deeply into his defense, well aware that he has angered the formidable fighter, Talos Kintsei. Talos strikes hard, cleaving through Fury's defense for 7 damage. Fury gasps in pain, pain he will not soon forget. The Spiritual Fist reacts to it's master's pain, daring unerringly to it's target doing 10 points of special damage. Talos Kintsei falls to a knee; defeated yes, but definitely not broken. Fury regenerates 3 points. Fury: 21/25 AP: 0 MP: 2 Talos: 0/20 AP: 1 MP: 2 Fury looks at his fellow combatant, a spark of respect glimmers in his eye. Well fought Sir. You are a worthy opponent. Perhaps one day you will return for a rematch. If not, it has been a pleasure doing battle with you. Please, as is my custom, I offer you this banner. Take if with my thanks. "Keep this in mind then, enmity is a spike driven hard into ones own mind. To think of me as a challenger would be better than opponent. If we meet again let it be at a tavern where you as victor will purchase the drinks of course." Smiling the thought of the annoying gnome Gerbo crossed his mind. This man definitely irritated as much if not more. Yet the fight contained no magic something he was indiscriminately thankful for. "Till then I'll be around" Seeming to fade right before the mans eyes he vanished the only way thieves knew how with flourish.

This is how it works:
Begin with flavor Text, describing your characters actions;
Then, for the DM's benefit, define your action by;
Declaring your Dice: Are they for Attack or Defense? Any abilities that take place; Your choice of an Action or Spell.
You gain 1 Action Point (AP) and 1 Magic Point (MP) at the beginning of each round. Once you decided what Action or Spell your going to use, (based on available AP or MP) finish your post with:
Current AP: Current MP: Current HP:
And don't forget to roll your Dice! When you go to make your post their is a tab available called "post action". Click it and choose the roll dice option, then enter 1 for number of dice, and choose the d12 in the dice drop down menu.
My post:
Fury moves lightly, studying his opponents stance. Thinking to test this young fighter's aggressiveness, Fury tightens his defense, calling forth the Spiritual Fist to do it's duty.
Dice: Defense SA: Spiritual Fist Action: Defensive Hold (which costs 1 AP)
AP: 0 MP: 1 HP: 25/25
