Azure moved away from the basket so that Adora could put her things away. "Something sweet?" Azure chuckled, he hadn't had a lot of sweet things since he had gotten older. Mostly since he'd been trying to keep them away from Trager, sugar was bad for little pae. "Well I'm not sure if I can fit you in the basked, but I can try." Azure spoke in a suave tone.

"Ha, ha." She rolled her eyes with a grin, very much so used to the flirting banter from her father. "With as sweet as you are, I might pass on dessert." The girl slipped off the counter to land softly on the ground.

The eyebrows of Azure rose into a high arch, surprised that Adora had such a good comeback for him. His smile pushed deep into his cheeks and he blushed slightly. "Thats a good one." Azure laughed, "but you really should have some dessert."

She laughed at that herself, shaking her head. "Gotta keep sharp with Daddy around. He normally beats me though." The female moved past azure, letting her hand brush against his arm slightly as she walked to the refrigerator. "Hmmm...mind waiting another...seventeen minutes? I got an idea."

"Oh yeah. I guess with your dad that would be a good idea." Azure was glad he didn't have a dad like that. He though of how hard it must be for Adora to be the daughter of the fae of love. Azure looked down when he felt Adora brush against him, but he didn't seem to mind. "Yeah alright. What for?" Azure asked her curiously.

Adora grinned broadly, reaching down into the cold refrigerator. The chilly air felt sort of nice as her emerald eyes scanned around. She reached out finally and picked up something before straightening, holding up a tube. "Chocolate Chip Cookies."

Azure looked at the plastic tube that Adora was holding up curiously, unsure of what it was. "Chocolate chip... cookies? How do you get cookies from that?" Azure asked her. To him it sounded kind of stupid since when Adora said it, she made it sound like it was common sence. Azure leaned against the counter to watch her work some new sort of magic he had never seen.

Adora giggled and winked before closing the door. "Watch and be amazed." The girl tossed the tube onto the table and went into a bottom cabnet to pull out a cookie sheet. Then it was off to the pantry to pull out some cooking spray to lighly coat it. Glancing at the tube, she went to the oven and set it at three hundred and fifty degrees. The only family members that she even heard of being a better cook then her, was Yuki and Malloren. Adora loved to cook.

Azure quirked his face. "Fine, fine." he shook his head from side to side and rolled his eyes when Adora wasn't looking. He watched what she did with interest. Azure just wanted to find out where the cookies came from, but he hoped it wouldn't take to long because he was ready to go back outside and enjoy the weather before it got dark or something.

Oven preheating, she pulled out a pair of scizzors and cut open the tube, revealing a thing of pure, already made cookie dough. She moved to the sink and washed her hands before pulling off little chunks, rolling them into balls, an putting them on the cookie sheet. Towards the end though, there was a bit of dough left, and no room on the sheet. She tore the remainer in half and walked over to azure, plopping one half into her mouth while offering the other with a smirk. "Not as good as homemade...but still good."

The cookie dough coming out of the tube looked pretty neat, and different from what Azure had seen. He took the bit of cookie dought that Adora offered him and ate it. "It tastes pretty good to me." But then again, anything sweet that Azure had would probably taste good since he didn't have it often.

She nodded, beaming even as she picked up the cookie sheet, and slid it into the oven. She reached over the stove top to set the time. "Now we'll just wait a little bit, let them cool for a minute or two, and we'll be on our way."

"Alright." Azure wondered how long it would take for those cookies to be made. Cooking wasn't exactly one of Azure's favorite things to do, all the waiting around for things to finish cooking made him anxious. "If only cookies just came already made." Azure laughed at the notion, it wasn't as if cookies grew on trees or anything.

"You know...that raises a good question Azure..." She leaned against the counter, looking at the male. "...Who made the cookie dough and packaged it like that?" eek

Azure looked at Adora skeptically. That one question just brought up to many other loose ends that were so confusing. "Uhm, I have no idea. I didn't even know that cookie dough came that way." Azure thought about it long and hard but it only made his head sore. "My head hurts." he laughed as he rubbed the top of his head.
