Konpaku began pricking his fingers no longer wishing to her the shinobis mouth. Raising the shinobis arm to frimly place its hand over its mouth. "Be a good little puppet and be quite while me and your kage have a nice little talk."
Turning his attention back to Nakamura. "I need my puppets Nakamura. There is a war coming and need all the power I can muster to control the outcome. I need my puppets."

OOC: Unless you just want to erase everything up to the point where we roll to avoid getting scared, I say we chug our losses and remember that for future encouters.... I also think it would be fair if we evened things out and allow those who rolled Diplomacy **And would have beaten your roll if it was Sense Motive** to no longer be scared...

Even I am not low enough to attack someone else like that... and why would you even announce your activity from within the Fifth Dawn? Not to mention that if you were part of the Fifth Dawn, you would already know where the Shrine was... Something isn't adding up here... her thoughts were becomming muddled as the event went on. She heard every word that had happened, and was not pleased at all. What's really going on here? she asked herself, without getting a clear idea. Instead of fighting, she came up with a plan of her own. She raised her right arm up, allowing her right hand to manuerver her hair around to her shoulder. She took a step closer towards Konpaku and fluttered her eyelashes. "What would someone as powerfull as you need the Otter Scroll for... and let's not make this into a scene. He's done nothing wrong. Why not let him go?" her voice coming out sinfully feminine. She wasn't concerned about a war, for if it held any meaning to her, Amadeus would have told her. After moving her hair about, she brought her right hand down, placing it upon her hip as if to enhance her features.

Kusari's blood was beginning to boil...he was bound and being controleed against his wil! THis would not be tolerated... His rage was building rapidly as he struggled against the chakra bonds attempting to escape them... trying to jerk away from them, he had never seen the kugutsu no jutsu used in this manner before and his bound state was infuriating. If he didnt get lose by normal menas soon.. he had the ace in his sleeve that he would use to break free and slaughter this offender where he stood... If Kusari was bound for too long he knew that eventually his bloodlust would take over and he would stop at nothing to end this violator's life.
As Nakamura seemed to flirt with this loathsome being, Kusari's anger was fuled only more by his jealousy. I will be free! His mind thought furriously.
I guess i would use my escape artist skill to attempt to break free of this?

Karite cut the strings to the shinobi. He looked around quickly and noted a few rocks and dead branches. "You know that this village belonged to the fifth dawn long before you were Kage. I have hidden many things in the caves for ages. I would go in alone with Amadeus in control, but he is not you are. Not to put blame on myself if anything happens while I am in there I want you to accompany me inside. All I want is Rage and Fury. With them once again by my side I will be complete and able to deal with the threat to my village once I return." Konpaku always used to much of his power in his every day life. Everyone knew early that he was not one to mess with. "I just want my puppets." He restated his eyes becoming hollow falling deep into a trance of lust and ecstasy.

Kaoru's anger was begining to become even higher as he resisted the urge to dart towards the man and attempt to take him out. Clutching his hand tightly into a fist, he moved forward to take his quick comment to the Kage. "I-" he cut himself off having reached his hand out to touch the kage's arm. Hesitating and withdrawing the motion, a nervous look fell upon his face. He didn't like the way that 'Puppet King' guy was looking at her. A kage shouldn't have to resort to flirting like a good for nothing street woman to get what is needed. Kaoru silenced himself, his look of worry making his usually cold face fill with unknown emotion. The look itself was aluring and attractive as hell for such a quiet man like him. His dark eyes watched wearily at the kage, inwardly hoping she knew what it was he was feeling. He'd hate for the man to try to take the kage for his own while she showed him where the Otter Scroll was. Hikaru watched in silence at his brother's movements. There was more turmoil going on within him than he himself could realize. A small frown came to his face as he felt Kayome touch his arm. "Yes, very well." Hikaru turned back to watch the scene in front of him when he could no longer see Kayome's back. Hikaru was still a bit off set by the man's presence. He could feel a small dop of sweat start to roll down his cheek as he awaited to see what would happen next.

She was pleased that he released Kusari from his strings, but something caught her eye while she was working her ways through Konpaku. His voice seemed to be dulled out as she stared at Kaoru, merely nodding and muttering random agreements. "Uh-huh... yeah... Fifth Dawn... Yay us." were a few words she uttered, her eyes locked onto Kaoru. What's wrong with me? I... I just can't take my eyes off of him... her body was telling her to move, but her mind wouldn't let her. She shook her head to the left, right, and then the left again before regaining herself. Her voice directed towards Konpaku even though she wasn't facing him. " You... still never told me what you wanted with the Otter Scroll..." she paused, having lost what she was trying to say for a moment. "Oh! Your puppets... sure... I can get them for you after you answer my question." she added with a wink.

Konpaku took a step closer and quickly wrapped an arm around Nakamura. He looked one last time into her eyes matching them with his glossy silver irises. He leaned in and locked his lips with hers. As he did they vanished with a body flicker jutsu.
Landing in the cave, near the otter scroll. He wasted no time undistracting her and becoming his normal self. "Sorry things happened the way they did. In the presence of others one as young as I can not show weakness, or they will question my power." Konpaku said. "I needed you here to simply watch." Konpaku bit into his thumb and smeared his crimson red blood in the shape of a crescent moon. "I hid my puppets in this wall away from the otter scroll but close enough to endanger its secrets. You are the Kage your responsibility lies with protecting everything in and about this village. I didnt want anyone questioning your strength either."
The wall seem to vanish as if nothing more then an illusion, behind it two wrapped puppets. One had the same red hair as Konpaku while the other more purple. Rage and Fury were there names, and Konpaku's most prized possessions they were. Picking them up and slinging them over his shoulder he turned to Nakamura. "Your not a bad kisser there sweet checks. We might have to try it again when no one is looking."

Once freed Kusari halted himself in mid lunge towards the man..His body shakeing with restrained fury. He would sorely regret in the next moment not having followed through with his attack as he saw the man's eyes fill with lust and then the other. Attempt to seduce and successfully distract Nakamura. He saw her look at them in a transfixed mnanner that one part of kusari woshed he had once seen her look at him llike that...but the greater half of him did not...You dont want that..that is pure physical lust. Not true affection... not love. That is not what you wish to have. She is smarter than that ...Nakamura would not give in to something like that.
THe next ation of the man was one that made Kusari wish he had stuck him whilst he had the chance. His rage having not really calmed down fully yet, Kusari snapped as he saw his lips meet with Nakamura's and the split second after they vanished his blade arced through the place where the man had been.
"GRRRRRRAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!" He bellowed and flung his sword in a hard slice to the ground to simply vent his frustration it left a massive gash in the earth as he removed it and pounded a fist against the wall to the shrine in pure frustration.
Intimidate to anyone nearby this.
Intimidate 27+15=42+ dice (20) = Critical! instant success everyone around me is now scared...not that there are a whole lot of people there...
figures my first 20 rolled for my character was just for dramatic effect.

Nakamura couldn't believe what had just happened. Her eyes grew wide as she felt her first kiss slip away from her. and there was nothing she could do about it.
The next thing she knew, she was in the Shrine of the Summoning Scrolls, Hall of the Otter. So, he already knew the way... she asked herself, shaking the confusion from her head. The words that he spoke seemed fuzzy to her before she finally gained her focus back, Kaoru's image vanishing from her mind. "Wait... so you must also be part of the Fifth Dawn. How else would you know how to evade the traps... but..." she stumbled for her words. He had taken her off guard once again, her cheeks flushed with a tannish color. She felt the heat around her cheeks being absorbed into her skin and released into the ground, frost began to form around the soles of her sandals.
"I, was distracted..." she did her best to say something against his words but nothing came to mind. She walked a little closer to him, as she did so, she reached into her hair and took out a kunai. Instead of gripping it with her hands, she dropped it onto the floor. Hands... I prefer paws...
"You might want to try that when I'm not distracted." a rather bitter tone in her voice as she thought of how it was done. She tried, but it was apparent that she was perterbed at how things went.He took advantage of my weakness... and I'll be sure to have a talking to Kaoru about this later...
In a matter of seconds, the Transformation jutsu wore off, a giant burst of grey smoke erupted from where Nakamura was, revealing it to be her companion; Zenjin; the entire time. Swet cheeks... I don't think it suits me. he told Nakamura, which must have meant her plan had succeeded.
You rock Zenjin. I'll be there momentarily. Nakamura said as an eery mist filled the room, her silhoutte appearing from the mist itself. "I know that a wolf's mouth is supposed to be cleaner than a humans... but I think that was going a little too far. she giggled as she bent down by Zenjin's side. "He also tells me that you had a moment together... I can leave you two alone if you'd like. she added with a big smile. She was about seven feet from him, keeping her distance for Zenjin told her what could happen if she was close enough.
Transporting Mist Jutsu- This is a teleportation jutsu. The user *in this case Nakamura* needs to have been to the place in which she would like to teleport and visualize it in her mind. By channeling the chakra through a series of seals, she can teleport herself to the destination at hand. However, if she is not concentrating on her destination, fatal errors could occur such as a limb being transported into a wall or a tree.

A small nervous smile played at Kaoru's lips as she stared at him. A light touch of pink entering his cheeks. He'd moved out of turn. She was probably staring at him in annoyance or something. His eyes cast downward and he cleared his throat. He looked up just in time to see that wretched man's lips touch Nakamura's. Anger swelled within the Amane man as he charged forward. Unfortunately when he reached the place the man had been standing, the pair had already gone. His hands were clenched into tight fists as a growl was released deep within his throat. He wasn't very aware of why, but seeing such a sight pissed him off beyond belief. To treat a woman with such disrespect was completely unacceptable!!! He'd clenched his fists so tight that his nails dug into his skin, making him draw blood from the palm of his hand. "Damn..." Closing his eyes tightly, he realized that all he could do was wait for the pair to return. It was about that time that the man from before had become angry and voiced himself. Kaoru wasn't scared but offset. Suprized if anything.
(no point in doing a sense motive thing since it was an instant success. >.>')

"YOU!" Kusari bellowed "This is your fault!" Kusari turned and charged at him and began to deliver a flurry of punches. to the smaller man. "Had you not been a fool and distracted her that would have been avoided! Her first kis stoeln by a disgusting slime like that and now she is beyond my protection! You will pay!" Kusari's well trained fists flurried down on his foes with his tremendous strength an force.

(hopefully I get this right...if not...then please dont hurt me XD I'm still not use to fighting.)
Kaoru was so focused on thoughts of how he was going to beat the man when he returned for doing such a thing, he nearly missed when the man that had been yelling came at him. He stood his ground and would take the attack full on if needed. He would not be pushed back so easily. Feeling the man's attack hit him two or three times, Kaoru had to quickly come back with one of his own. Aiming for the man's gut, Kaoru dig his heel into the ground so he wouldn't be pushed further away. Hikaru jumped from his spot and ran towards his brother. He knew something like this would happen. That little cat was right. At least Hiro and that Kayome kid weren't here. If they were to be here they might have gotten in the way. Hikaru grew close and set a wave of punches at the man. "If you weren't paying attention! It wasn't Kaoru-kun's fault!" "I was only trying to warn her to not go. Her leaving with that man wasn't my intention." "Now please! Control yourself!Hikaru yelled. Kaoru didn't know what he'd done to distract her, but whatever it was it must have been something of importance if it had an effect on her.

you need to roll separate dodge rolls for each attack as far as i understand it...
but for the sake of not waiting forever i am going to do what i can with the post...
Kusari roared angrily. "You fool, he took her but it was you who distracted her.. the look in your eyes, your actions .. she is only 16 after all! vile loathsome wretch! I will teach you a lesson in pain! Your foolish attempts cost her her first kiss and now that cretin has absconded with her! I will tear you both apart if i have to!" Kusari was angry his true rage had not yet activated but it was one straw away form being ther and he would not be beaten by these little whelps...if he had to he would begin to use the chain end of his kusarigama. He moved away from the boy's attacks only actually being hit by the very first one, and then brought the charge on his initial target once again baraging him with his fists.
