rukitchi-drea and a tablet xD those are like $60 bucks though... me and my cousin can make complex anime characters with the mouse, he calls himself the pixel king. but we both perfer vector based drawing. he made Ryo-ohki from tenchi muyo in Flash, and Sasami in Illustrator.

He got Pwned by her for being a perv. he also did a game with her him, and some members of that guild in a game of stripe poker. He told me he's going try his hand at bleach, but i doubt he'll do it he has ADD and can't finish anything. gonk But to get back on topic i really think Adobe Illustrator is a good tool for any artist to have. If not that Flash is another option.
