"I see." Lolina said as she walked through the hallways as she then started to sing a song she had heard one of the scients singing one day," Do you feel ok? You look pretty though, very handsome, awkward." She sung it quietly she the others wouldn't hear.

"I think this was during the dragon wars back then..." Kioko said looking around...
"the stone had been protected by sum strong magic, its worn off, but i can still feel sum of it clinging to the walls..." She said touching the wall and feeling it, sensing magic that was put there a long time ago...
"this was probably a secret passage for people who wanted to get away from the fighting and fire...a safe haven so to say, or a passage to one at least..."

"Wow you know so much. How come? I thought the scientists took everyones memory out. I could be wrong though." Lolina said as she looked at some markings on a wall. She then turned to Kioko and asked quietly,"Are we almost out yet? I'm getting tired of walking."

Strobe looked to kioko.
"Hey, what were these dragon wars? forgive my lack of historical knowledge, but I've been locked up for as long as I can Remember."

"oh right sorry, the only reason i knew so much was because i have been stuck here in this place fore almost 8 years now..." Kioko said turning around to the group..
"okay, lemme give you a brief walkthrough the history of this place...being a metamorphogous really has is advantages you know" Kioko said looking around...
"okay, The dragon wars lasted about a century back in the early 15th century, during medieval times...It started as a dragon getting lost and was killed by village hunters...so the dragons wanted payback or so to speack..the human sorcerers thought this as a threat and thier master wizad, was evil, so he used this rumor to make the humans hate the dragons...and eventually it turned into a full blown war...about a century later, a human and dragon teamed up to stop the evil wizard and killed him all the while getting destroyed by his minions and it showed the dragons and villagers they were fighting the wrong person...so eventually the wars subsided and the dragons left us in piece...
this tunnel was used by the good mages to hide and protect normal villagers...they reinforced it with a powerful magic that has worn down but not completely subsided...im guessing the scientists took sum of these to create sum mages as experiments like myself and my brother..." Kioko said taking a deep breath after talking...
"as soon as i learned how to morph into different things, i started sneaking out of my cell to thier libraries and when my brother would go thru these tunnels, before they killed him, he would find ols books about these dragon wars...but, most of them burned down with Ryo.."
soon enuff the tunnel started parting and a bright light was seen up ahead...the end of the tunnel was only a few feet away....

Crow listened to the story carefully, he'd never heard anything of human history before, for what he could remember. The story was almost fascinating to him. When they reached the point so close to the exit of the tunnel the bright light shone in his eyes, he squinted harshly but continued to look forward in an attempt to see what it held for them.

"OMG, light!" Kioko said almost awed that light was once again in thier faces...not just the stuff that illuminates things, but the stuff that actually is warm and sunny! SUNLIGHT!
"its been so long i almost forgot how warm and nice you felt" Kioko said sighing a breath of relief...
she squinted to get her eyes aquainted to the brightness and found that they exited in the middle of a forest clearing...thier cave exit was a massive boulder that faced the other way, away from the laboratory and it was so secrete, that if u looked at it only, it looked like an ordinary boulder surrounded by other big rocks...
"boy, they sure knew how to pick thier exits" Kioko said staring at the forest...

"So beautiful," Lolina said as she walked out of the passage way,"I love this feeling! It's been so, so very long!" Lolina then turned into her heron form and flew around for a bit until coming back down and looking at everyone and smiling while saying to Kioko,"Thank you so much for getting us out of there!"

the scenery glittered in the sunlight and kioko just sat down, taking it all in...

Lolina then truned back to her normal appearence, her wings picked up the suns rays and were shining in the sun."What are we going to do now. I mean we can't really go anywhere really...we have no real lives outside of this place." Lolina said looking at Kioko and then at the blue sky.

Crow began looking carefully around at the new surroundings, his eyes remained slightly narrow and he turned to see the source of every outstanding sound, he didn't quite trust them yet. The environment was very foreign, he'd seen the sort of place in pictures and replications, but it didn't do nature justice. Everything here was alive, it exited him, but it also kept him on edge. When Lolina had posed her question Crow almost immediately knew what he felt would be best, but he lacked the ability to convey the information.

"well, what we can do is try to look for any remains of hideouts and stay there until we can actually find a place to live.." Kioko said finally standing up and brushing herself from the dust and dirt..
"Crow...you okay? u look really trouble for sum reason..." Kioko said sensing, crow's uneasiness...
"i mean, if that tunnel was used to escape, there must be a hideout here, what good use is a tunnel without a hideout to rest or sumthing? if any of you want, you can split from this group and be on your own, or we can still stay together..." kioko said turning to the others...

Crow continued to look around for a moment, then after Kioko had asked him a question he pondered how to answer it. He looked around for help, but sooner figured his curiosities were not of enough importance to find means of communication. He gave the area one more look over before lowering his head and showing Kioko a dramatic shrug of the shoulders. He could however clear up his position on her last proposition. He walked over next to her, hopefully showing that he wished to stay with the group. They had after all, shown him a stealthy escape from the labratories.

"I'm definantly staying with the group." said Strobe," I don't have anybody else that I know." He dissipated the plasma, feeling that the sun was definantly bright enough, then looked to the barcode on his arm.
"I wanna get this removed," he said, "I don't want anything tying me to that place."

"well, i guess the group stays..." Kioko said shrugging and walking over to strobe..
"you want to get this off? hmmm," Kioko took the arm and examined the bar code...
"i just might be able too, but i'm going to need sum time making a potion...the plants around here should make a decent one, sadly the potion i used to make the removal i used the last on myself and my brother after he escaped and brought the plants back to me..." Kioko said sheepishly and showed strobe the empty vial...
