Oh no...she didn't mean to make him worry! Eyes open under the water, she reached out and gently took hold of his shoulder to pull him around and face her. Dyas smiled softly to him, her dark hair floating around her shoulders and neck. See? Still there.

Azure was startled when he felt something rest on his shoulder, but when he was pulled around he could see it was Dyas. He wouldn't even try to say something after his last failed attempt of speaking underwater, he'd probably only embarass himself. Azure smiled and waved at her, sweet relief. Azure would've gasped for breath if he had been above the water, but instead his jaw lowered and water flooded into his mouth, he had to quickly resurface.

She watched in horror as he actually opened his mouth underwater and took a deep breath. Azure! Dyas quickly let go of his shoulder and swam to the surface. The female took in a deep breath of air and looked about quickly, trying to locate her friend.

When Azure was back above the surface he gasped for air and shook his head. Why had he done that? He knew that he couldn't breathe underwater. Azure had no idea what caused that to happen. "I'm over here Dyas." he said when he spotted her above the surface. Azure was alright, he hadn't actually swallowed the water and none had gone into his lungs.

Her eyes snapped to the side and she exhaled in a rush of air. She had been holding her breath? The female swam over to him, shaking her head and tentively touching his arm when she reached him in concern. Oh sure, Raken had taught her CPR, but she hoped she never had to try it out.

Azure looked at Dyas and offered her a warm smile when she was near him to tell her that he was alright. Azure wasn't sure what had come over him to cause him to open his mouth like that under water, but he didn't want to concern Dyas with it. So far it seemed he had done a lot of clumsy things that had ruined the moment. "C'mon, lets get closer to the waterfall." Azure whispered as he began to slowly swim in that direction, waiting for Dyas to follow.

She slowly smiled back, nodding. To her, it was her fault since she caused azure to go underwater like that....Dyas pushed against the water to catch up with him, flashing another small smile as they returned closer to the waterfall. No more then five feet from it though, she touched his arm and slipped under the water, swimming up further. The pae imerged again, this time, behind the waterfall. It wasn't a cave or a ledge, just a gap between land and water by a bit of outcropping above. Jjjuusst deep enough to have her press her back against the earth wall and not be touched by the downpour Dyas stuck out a hand through the curtain of river to wave to azure. No worrying him again.

Azure watched Dyas dive back down, this time not worrying about her. She had an overprotective father, he surely taught her how to swim somewhere along the line. He saw her hand poke out from the waterfall, and the corners of his lips rose into a smile. Azure had always wanted to go behind a waterfall, he just never had the opportunity. He quickly dove down and rose back up when he was in that gap between the water and land. Behind the waterfall it was cool, misty, and beautiful. "I like it back here." he stated simply.

Her hand dissapeared back behind the waterfall, smiling faintly. She had once found this nook as a child, but her daddy worried too much when she dissapeared to it. It really was a sight to see. The girl looked to azure as he popped up beside her and closed her eyes with a nod. Dyas had done good in showing azure this place...for a moment, she had been scared that he wouldn't like it. Her father didn't like to swim that much afterall.

"I've always wanted to go behind a waterfall." Azure admitted, although it was nothing to be ashamed of. He looked away from Dyas when he suddenly became nervous from out of no where. "Look at this." Azure held up his hand to the streaming water and seperated his fingers. He then stuck his fingers partially in so that the water divided into several triangles around his fingers before going back together again. Azure was easily fascinated with the way the water parted.

Dyas' eyes slowly opened again as he spoke, blinking him into focus before looking at his hand. She brightly smiled before thinking a bit, looking intently at the water. She stuck one hand into the water flow, palm up, arm diagnol. Crystaline water snaked its way down its length now, over her shoulder and down her body. Her other arm crossed over her waist, pointing down as her hand lifted to be parallel to the ground. The flowing water hit that arm and traveled down to pour off of that level hand, going its trickling way back to the river. Her imitation of a fountain.

The stunning trick that Dyas performed captivated Azure and he watched for a little while. "That's pretty neat." Azure exclaimed, if he was younger he would've called it magic, but he knew that Dyas was just manipulating the water now. Azure withdrew his hand from the water flow and leaned up against the earth wall. It felt cool, just like everything else in this small cove beneath the waterfall. Azure now began to focus on that deal he had made with Raken, trying to remember the points, the only one he seemed to remember was the age but Azure knew there was something more.

She kept the fountain going, but changing the position of her limbs to have it fall in different ways, have it glide across her in different paths. The female at last pulled away though, back going to the wall again. How much time did she have before dinner? Two...three hours possibly? Time moved too quickly...she wanted to stop it. Her eyes closed as she pushed it out of her mind...just...enjoying being with Azure in the most peaceful place she ever saw

Azure gave up on the thoughts, he was sure Raken would remind of them whenever they went back. He wasn't sure when Dyas' dinner was normally so he didn't have a single idea how much time was left. "Do you have dinner late?" Azure asked Dyas. After he asked the question he deceided it probably wasn't the best time to ask it. Dyas looked so peaceful right then with her eyes closed, beneath the misty falls. Azure felt guilty that he might have disturbed it.

The female jumped slightly as she was yanked out of her thoughts, dual colored eyes opening and focusing on Azure. What he did he say? Oh. Dinner. She smiled faintly, embarrassed as a hand lifted to shake back and forth in a 'so so' motion. They typically ate when the sun just touched the horizon. The hand then stopped and pointed at him, curious as to when he ate...and whether she could get her father to let him stay for dinner
