Well, it made sense as to it's name after seeing the move. "I'd say I know the aquaboogie," Bru sighed, "But only until I can find the bandages."
Bru then got up, and started to do the shopping cart herself. It seemed very addicting. After grabbing bandages, she said, "How about you show us the aquaboogie now?"

Jess stuck out her tongue at the girl and waved her onto the floor. "Do you need me to change the music?"

Kiki looked at Bru blankly, turning to whatever window she could to see the weather. She hadn't really paid any... attention if it was lovely or not. Bru went to go and check, and she squinted her eyes over to one of the windows, to see if there could be any way to see if it was nice or not... as far as she could see, it was raining or anything. It was nice and bright outside, which probably meant a nice bright moon or even all the stars, which, leading on, meant no clouds---ohh, she was confusing herself!
Looking quite relieved from her ongoing debats and run-on thoughts once bru came back with the officaial news, Kiki smiled politely, "I'm actually better today! A bit late for the ball, though." She looked a bit dissapointed, putting her hands on her hips with a debating expression. Well, she'd completely forgotten about ti starting yesterday; and as soon as she saw that sign declaring it was open to dance one's heart away, she rushed over as quickly as she could. She shook her head, slowly.
"Oh well. At least I made it." She shrugged, dropping her arms from her sides, "So, um... Bru, right? Afraid I haven't met you much yet, but how are you now?" She held out her right hand for a friendly shake.

Steve did his best to mimic the whole shopping cart, but shaking his butt...eh not really his thing too much, but he still didn't mind having fun doing it anyways, nothing like acting like an idiot around friends.
After being very intrigued by the shopping cart, Steve could not help but want to see what the aquaboogie was. "Yeah I want to see the aquaboogie!"

Bru smiled at Kiki in a friendly way, not too 'lost puppy' like, but not at all 'go away', either. She shook Kiki's hand. "Yes, it is quite a pity we haven't met," she said, her voice taking on a sad tone. But, she shook it off, and remained optimistic. "Maybe we'll talk more in the future! As for how I'm doing, I'm doing well, thank you. I am glad you are, also."

"my goodness, you look stunning in your new outfit kiki!" He smiled at the newest comer to the party, about time as well, he laughed at the thought. Steve was definitely glad to see more people, but now he had a thought at hand and wasn't sure if he should say it or not.. eh he might as well considering it deals about the even itself.
"Well guys, we can either have both balls running at the same time, which would kind of hamper the whole process since, well some can't post in the rp ball right now. So I was thinking about giving them time, since that one takes the longest to get the post in, before I open up the rp ball. I am thinking... oh" he looked at his watch, and realized he should be looking at a calender. "How about this Thursday? And that means we can extend it longer for those who aren't able to make it this week."
Now it was a matter of how they responded, if they didn't like the idea, then he would put the other one on after a bit, if they didn't mind, he would save it for later, add more features to it, and make it even more better. Since these people showed up on the first and second day, it was up to them to decide really, they were the ones who were probably anticipating it the most.

"Why don't we do one after the other, that way people have more time to get their post counts up and they can participate too."
Edit: Jess's phone started ringing, or more appropriately singing 'Revolution calling.' She answered it, said a few things and hung up. "Looks like I have to go for a bit, kids. I might be back later tonight. Real life beckons. Rocky Horror Picture Show ho!"

Shuffling a deck of cards, Bru somehow never failed to have them with her, she thought it over a moment. "Well, I agree. It would be very smart to have them one after another. Then, more time to party!" Bru, jokingly, threw her hands up in the air, accidentally dropping all the cards in the process.
"How clumsy of me," she sighed, as she bent down and picked them all up. "I never even liked fifty-two pick-up that much, either." She finally had all the cards picked up, and facing the right way, then started to shuffle them again.

"yeah that's what I was thinking, we end this ball around the 12th-13th, and the next one springs up, that way people who come to this one, and wish to continue the fun will have something to go to, and if they really want to continue it and are not on the rp list they'll have something to work towards." He smiled, "I am glad to hear two positive feedback, lets see what the others think about it as well"

"Aww, sorry to see you leave Jessica," he was slightly disappointed in not being able to see the aquaboogie.. he eyed Bru, "do you think you could do it!?" His voice was filled with so much happy glee, it would be hard to turn him down...right?
"Oh and yeah I decided, since two of the members want it, and only another showed up, who I don't think would mind having the rp extended, it should be official then, our ball will last two weeks!" He threw his hands up into the air, "the first one will be over on the 13th, the next one will pick up on the 13th!" Now that should be some fantastic news, definitely something to dance to!
He did his best at trying to break dance, but he really learned the meaning behind the word 'break' ouchy...

"Bru is slightly confused, however. How do you meet the requirements for the roleplay ball again? Bru has seen them before, but she has yet to find that post again," she said, referring to herself in third person for no specific reason. There was nothing better to do that night, she supposed. Well, except for the dance. And, third person was kind of fun, especially when you do it on the first day of school...
EDIT: Bru thought it over a moment. "Bru shall try!" she then decided, although she had no clue what the aquaboogie was. Putting in some Cascada (her favorite), Bru started to shake her hips, do a disco dance, and act like a fish all at one time. That was her best idea as to what a aquaboogie was. She figured she was wrong, however.

AJ. was examening one of the sprinklers on the ceiling, counting how many metal petals there were. It had twelve, like a clock. She could see where all the numbers would be; twelve, three, six, nine. . . . It was so unamusing. Her head dropped to her chest as she reached to tug on her knee-high black boots. They had been named 'The Goliaths,' but for this party they had no name. From the edge of her boots came the skin of her knee and part of her upper legs. The edge of the black and white floral-patterned dress followed, the wastline, the thin ribbon straps.
Her hazel eyes shifted to the myriad of silver bangles that adorned both her arms. They chimed softly as she brushed her dark brown bangs out of the way. The rest of the brown hair was pulled back with a white ribbon that barely touched her neck. The simple crytaline earings she wore did not dangle, but they were shaped like stars. They were her favorites, and she wore them quite often.
She looked up to the people on the dance floor, wondering if she should join them. It would be easy to, but she felt content with sitting for now.

"Bravo bravo, looks like great fun!" He cheered and tried to do the aquaboogie too, he definitely liked acting like a fish! It was great joy, but he didn't forget the question that he asked him.
"Ah the rp requirement, well there are a few ways to do this. Joining an rp, gives you one post (only your first rp you join) and every post after that gives you another post. Another way you can do it is by creating your own guild, but we prefer you to be in another rp before you create your own, and also if you create an rp it doesn't count as too many posts, and only the first one you create counts. Also the other way is to go to the school rp and if you need help get it there, if you post and take lessons from the teacher, you get some posting tallies." He scratched his head, "I think that's it, if you have something you think should be counted, just tell me and I'll think it over, or if you have more questions just ask."
Once again he started to do the aqua boogie "Oh and another person shall be joining the ball soon! I am busy keeping up with replies and the new members that are joining so I might disappear every few minutes, but I won't neglect the ball," he smiled brightly.

Yes it was... she turned to Bru first then, shaking politely and then putting her hands on her hips again, "Yes, I'm sure we will talk more in this wonderful guild! I've never been to any real kind of dances though, so I'm sure it's really fun!" She grinned, very enthusiastic in her tone. She turned to Steve then, blankly, looking down at her outfit and back at him. "Thanks, Steve! Looking spiffy yourself!" Kiki added crossing her arms over her chest as she examined anything else in the area.
She started in on the conversation then, because really, the next ball? Yes, the other one... she was really looking forward to that one! She grinned again, putting her hands behind her back as she started to rock back and forth on her heels. "Yeah, we should definitely have the other ball after this one! One after the other for more fun!"
Well, if she could make it through this one. School and life just always got in the way of such activites. But, who cared? She would make it, no matter what! Because she missed almost a day on this one...
Kiki blinked then, waving to Jessica as she had to leave, and noticed AJ coming in. Another member in the guild who she'd spoken to a litle bit; why not a greeting though? Kiki spun playfully on the tip of her toe and jumped in front of her, obviously excited. "'Evening, AJ!"

AJ. stared at the people, all dancing as though they were fish. She tilted her head, her crimson painted lips parting in bewilderment. She had not seen anyone dance in such a bizzare manner since she had pretended to have a seizure three months ago. Of course, there were bad memories there.
AJ. stood, smiling at the wacky dancing before her. Her arms chimed again, this time seemingly happy. She stretched, releasing more of the music of her jewlery. She liked hearing it, so she began flapping her arms wildly, closing her eyes and grinning at the sound. It completely blocked out Kiki's greeting, but she thought she had heard her name.
