"Yes." she said and nodded "He did." and to answer his other question "We're not close enough to the mountain to reach any caves and the ruins are on the other side of the island, so just the trees." she said and waved her arms around, pointing to them all.
He followed behind her looking at them "So, you talk to the trees right?" he asked "Do they like it when you scratch them like that?"

-Quinlan thought about it.-
"Actually just then it was the first time the trees talked to me... and Teru told me so I wouldn't get lost was to mark the trees with a scratch till I could listen to the trees."
-Quinlan walked up to the tree and pressed her for head against it closing her eyes.-
"I am sorry tree.. but I promise I won't do it again now that I know how to talk to you."
-after that a green light flashed and Quinlan jumped back and watch the tree heal before them.-
"Um... Kingfinn .. you saw that right?"
-Teru thought about it and then looked at Sihandra-
"How familiar are you with your magic?"

"I-I-I don't know Q-uinlan. If you j-just saw that tree make it's cut go away then I think s-s-so." he stepped back "That was scarier than lightning." he said to himself.
"My magic?" she asked and turned around completely towards him "I didn't know I had magic." she put her hand behind her head and sweated.

"What race are you, Fairy, Elven, etc."
-Quinlan nodded-
"Kingfinn lets hurry back."

"I'm a fairy, just like you." she said, turning away and crossing her arms "I just might have never needed it before."
"Yeah." he said and nodded "Hey..." he said and looked at her "If the trees can heal themselves, what if all of them heal themselves and we can't find our way back?" he asked and felt scared again. Rain started pouring down and the lightning struck by them again.

-Quinlan wings folded straight down as she flinched and shivered again from the lighting-
"doesn't mean the trees won't lead us back"
-Quinlan didn't like the feeling of being scared and knew Kingfinn was scared as well or else why would he ask that question.-
-Teru looked in the one direction again where he saw lighting flash-
"Sithandra what are the odds of lighting strikeing near a person on the move twice..."
-Teru didn't like this he sensed Quinlan's fear more then ever right now and he hand this feeling something was trying to strike at them on purpose and it wasn't the storms fault.-

"The odd of that happening are low. Something must be causing this." she said, holding her arms around her, shivering.
"Alright!" he shouted "If you trust the trees I guess I can too."
A large, dragon-shaped shadow flew over them. It roared a horrible, bone-chilling screech. The storm seemed to form around it.

-Quinlan looked at the shadow-
"Please tell me you know him."
-Quinlan then spoke to Teru in his mind- 'My Lord there is another dragon amongst us in the air.'
-Teru eyes narrowed as he got the message-
"Sithandra we need to get to our dragons quick, another dragon could be causing this, and I know my dragon can't handle a battle yet."
-Quinlan then didn't like the situation right now.-

It seemed to be in pain and was heading towards the center of the island.
Kingfinn hunched down when he saw the shadow "I don't know any other dragons like that." he said and looked at her "I only know Lyla, Porthos and Legion and they're all friendly."
Sithandra noddd "Yes. They are still too young to battle." she looked up at the sky "It couldn't be." she said and followed the dark figure "Was that Legion?" she asked herself.

I'm changing Kingfinn's color to regular blue so I can use dark blue for Legion, k? Besides, he is more light blue than dark.

-Teru saw Sithandra run off and he then took off and head straight where he sensed Quinlan noticing the marks she made on the trees which only made it easier to find then both.-
-Quinlan notice Kingfinn hunched down, so this wasn't normal to him at all. Then when she turned her head she saw Teru.-
-Teru looked like something from a horor film just with gental skin and wings and he glared at Quinlan and said only a few words.-
"Too Easy."
-Quinlan expression on her face sadden and before she could speak.-
-Teru started state the situation.-
"You both been targeted twice so far by the lighting either something is causeing it or one of you has horrible luck...."
-Teru looked at the branches charred from the lighting strike earlier.-
"We need to find shelter... but where... the trees can't do much against anything that can cause fire.?"
-Teru didn't like this and he looked back at Kingfinn since he knew the island better.-

Kingfinn looked up at Teru "I don't know what to do!" he said and started to cry "Sithandraaaaaa." he cried.
Sithandra looked at him "I'm right here. Don't worry." she knelt down next to him and patted him on the head "We should make a break for the springs. There are a series of tunnels around there. They won't keep us very dry but it'll keep the lightning out." she shouted above the storm.

"Then we should move fast."
-Quinlan looked at Kingfinn and then slowly walked to Teru's side.-

Kingfinn sniffled and looked at them.
"Come on!" she said and ran ahead, covering her face with her arm "If we keep running we'll get there quicker!"
Kingfinn stood up and ran after her "Sithandra wait!" he shouted and slipped face first in the mud.
She turned around and ran back to him.
As soon as she turned around and moved a bolt of lightning struck where she was.
"We don't have time for this!" she said and pulled him up.

"Did you see where it came from that time?"
-Quinlan walked over and nudge Kingfinn trying to help him up as well.-
-Teru eyes glowed green and a green light was emitting from the palms of his hands.-
