Hmm...
I'd have to say... most of all my music collection.
Then my guitar.
Then my stereo system, Yu-Gi-Oh decks, and my... hairbrush. rofl
I had kept one of my late fathers keychains with his first initial on it...but... I lost it. I still can't believe I did.
EDIT: I found one thing that I do still have from my father, I have an actual vinyl version of Led Zeppelin IV from the 70s.

I have a WWII German King Tiger I Panzer model that took me a year to make (mainly because I'm lazy). But I love how it turned with it's winter camoflauge and it's inverted smoke grenade launchers.

"Farting Pig", a stuffed animal I got from my dad when I was 4 for wining a game at kings dominion, I named him "Farting Pig" because when I was a little boy, I was afraid of thief's and what not, so I thought that he would fart if they came in, and stink them away.
This American Flag that was over my fathers coffin when he passed away 2 years later.
My Fender American Made Strat, that I got as a graduation present from my step dad.
