Now I bet you think training is just going to be a walk through the park...well it's not! It's going to be brutal work. I'm going to make you push yourselves to the point where you would most likely break down, then keep pushing on. I don't want to see any slacking or disruptive nonsense in my class, Is that understood?!" She asked them as she put her hands on her hips.
