Hero growled at the monster and jumped up biting its arm as it tried to attack. He tried to distract the monster away from them and the mummy.

Hero swung upward so he was standing on the monster's arm, he ran up to the monsters head and swiped its head off as it rolled to the ground. Its body began to dissolves as well as Hero dropped to the ground. He landed on his feet and looked at two ruby gems roll about on the ground. They were the monster's eyes. Hero looked at the cave and began to run towards it when he heard rustleing noises behind him. The grey smog that was once the monster was reforming itself. The bones that lay scattered around the forest floor began to rise and assemble themselves. The smog like monster was back to its regular form with skeleton armor.

He cursed under his breath as he charged forward, but the monster had sharp claws down and slashed 4 lines across his chest before sending him into the edge of the mountain. Hero shook his head as he tried to regain concious, but he could see the monster flying full speed at him. Before he could dodge it had choked his neck again and shoved him him into the mountain, flying upward. They finally ran into a dent in the mountain as Hero flew backward and landed on a flat surface on the mountain. The monster landed in front of him as he coughed up blood. It jammed a claw through Hero's shoulder and pinned him to the ledge.

Hero screamed in pain as the claw passed through his shoulderblade. He grabbed onto the claw and struggled to pull it out, but it didn't budge. He quickly raised his other arm in the air and chopped the claw off of the monsters hand and rolled away. Hero pulled the bone out of his shoulder and jumped back down to the ground below waiting for the monster to come.

The monster floated up and flew straight at Hero, its skull like head opened its wide jaw and nearby bite Hero. He jumped back to dodge it and jammed the claw that he had pulled from his shoulder into its eye and tried to pry the gem out. It was stuck, but it kept trying as the monster wailed in pain and stabbed forward but Hero dodged enough so it skimmed past the side of his stomach. Finally one of the gem flew out as the bones shattered to the ground. THe monster was back to its smoky form as Hero grabbed the eye and ran into the cave, leaving a trail of blood behind him. He held onto his bleeding should but blood would gushed out from the backside. In the distant he could see Kittie and the werewolves. He ran at one of the werewolves and elbowed it into the wall, and fought the rest away from Kittie.

"Are you ok?"

Hero caughter before she feel and pulled her over to where the mummy was. He looked at the symbols placing his finger over each as if reading it. Hero began to chant in an unknown language and placed the remanining gem into the mummy's hand and carried it down from where it was. He walked outside to the forest and began to dig a hole in the ground and buried it. Placing his blooded finger on the dirt and started scribbling strange symbols as it glowed and the smoke like monster evaporated of the mound of dirt where the body was. He howled and tried to claw at Hero before vanishing.

He nodded to her and stood up. Hero ran back to where Kittie was and picked her up.
"I'll take her to the village near my home. There's a doctor there that can help... but it might be hard to get into that village." He started running to the village, trying not to waste to much time. Soon it was in view as he slowed down a bit and stopped in front of the village gate.

"I can't enter this village...will you take her to the doctor for me." he turned his gaze from the village to Melody.

Hero began to get fustrated and started walking into the village. Someone rang a bell of alert and the village start to come alive. Windows and doors locked up as the men grabbed farming tools and ran out front of their homes, defending it. They reconized Hero, since he has robbed them of their farm animals before. Hero ignored them and kept a staring ahead trying not to get eye contact. He made his way to the doctors home as women began to throw rotton food at him. Someone throw a brick at his head as the blood began to drip down his chin and onto Kittie. He looked down at the ground, biting onto his lip as people began to throw rocks and stones at him.
