I add one to both Ron and Hermione for finally being bloody cannon gadsdangit. I take off one from Snape, for being creepy in the bushes stalking Lily, and one from Harry. Because Ginny had those kids too, why didn't she get any say as to what to name them?

No, you can't split up the points. Sorry, but I think it makes the game too confusing. Plus, after someone did that for the first time, people started giving two points as well, and it's only one. Take two, give one. and yes, adding people is allowed. Honestly, the only reason I made that rule was that I was too lazy to type every name from every person. I didn't see the point in putting everyon on the list because I knew that some people would be completly ignored, and someone would ask why *insert name* wasn't on the list. this was, everyone on the list is going to be noticed.
