Ahem. It's not as complicated as some of yours, but here's the first verse translated into holotessna, the wood elf language. Quote: Timthorir rehon’es jakalna, rhonna Nort sitna hune’ah;. hematad Judanah pacna haray ven’ro sitna hune’ah;. deserna Sentent, Memor Nous’ro sam sturnites’grex sitna hune’ah;. conciderna sam vac patchic Judanah. tass ro ah haray tanou, tansfalit; tass ro ah haray Sydie entonickasana; tass ro ah haray fitna Nort Mu-une lors hahhanim Beansidhe’grex; hahtu sentna avalro ro, tass ro haray smactna Lofen vox Sinath rozas’sana... Just to clarify, the erratic use of capitalisation indicates abstract ideas or pronouns. They say them with an extra, um, emphasis, but not enough to warrant italics. Second verse: Quote: tondorna janisana ah Tansfalit, haray forasnah; tondorna thrensana ah lapides, insidenah; tayronah Man horirsanah Aeon; tayronah Timthorirsanah Aeon. gestna Mithra Cor Nometay slit. Nometay slit laras Dorsai haray barbic horir... Kura armifna’ah Judanah lonta dorait haray Twialatay sam Haluhenge; mentes armifna’ah Judanah lonta continetna sam Haluknowk; Hemat sonshna’ah attic kurucampus’is lonta scabna aspar grovle‘a’warlok, puna haray Mithra, eburn matul.

Xeigrich eek It looks cool, but dear god is that some letter-soup. I can't even imagine how this would sound if spoken. No offense, but this makes me glad that I stick to analytical and isolating languages. xp And that is why they speak very slowly to foreigners.

I think that's some sort of inborn human trait... If someone doesn't understand what you're saying, just say it louder and slower.

Actually, no, my girlfriend bought two of the damn things, and gave me the second Kaya and her leftover GaiaCash. It was a waste of $50 if you ask me, but it's her money she's wasting. xp

I first I couldn't figure out where Kaya had come into the conversation, and then I was all, oh, yeah, I brought it up... xD
And that was an interesting post you made there. (either in the Aymara GD or Lessons, I can't remember which.)
