xu: yo i don't know what era you live in, but interracial dating is hardly anything to be surprised at or gawk at. a lot of my friends were dating people of other races and no one really gives a damn.

are you talking about fearless? fearless takes place in the u.s (i beleive) so of course there would be a lot of foreign people.
if you're talking about the ming dynasty i must say that's wrong. the ming dynasty was centuries ago, they didn't see a lot of foreigners. Perhaps you were talking about the last dynasty. was it the qing dynasty? or maybe it was the ming dynasty and i'm just an idiot. eek *goes to check*

OMG... lol i thought you meant the fearless series about a girl who couldn't feel fear and worked for the gov't. rofl as for the foreigner thing, i think it was mainly china that went to other countries. Not many foreigners came to china. plus i was thinking more in terms of commodore perry.

I've never seen it, my friend only told me about the books for it so i don't even know if the movie exists.
