Cillian Murphy?
No no no no no no no no no.
If he played Edward, I would probably lose all respect for him.
I don't know. I see Cillian Murphy and think of the movie Red Eye. So I think I'd prefer if he was one of the bad guys. He would still make a good vampire though.
Tom Sturridge wouldn't be too bad though. He'd have to dye that hair though.
I think that's all though. I'm very picky. ninja

I picture Edward as a blond.. I don't care what anyone says about it! Cillian Murphy is dead sexxy though, mhmm. I just really can't picture Edward as a brunette.. it's weird.

OMG i know my sister thinks im nut but i picture him blonde! thats why i named my yellow rabbit Edward and my grey rabbit Emmett i would have named the female bella but she belongs to my brother and he named her Chris!

My cousin Jake actually fits the discription
of Jake Black in the books. It makes me laugh that his name is Jake.

Ulliel has the lead in the Edward roll as far as I know along with steven being jacob.(no!) And browning being almost garuntee bella.

I honestly don't really see a problem with any actor looking too old to play Edward, because if he could go through college and still be 17 he would have to look older. :/

yeah, I can't really picture Edward as any of the suggested actors that were posted on Stephanie's website..
(and exactly as LaylasDarkside said... I don't think they could find anyone perfect enough to play Edward...)

My photoshop skills suck so much lol I'm only good with anime pictures
 
I like him to play my Edward. Only the eye contacts and his hair would look better lol but what I find funny is that everyone who read the Twilight series has different ideas for the character's looks. Some people will be happy on the choices while others disagree but I think Stephenie is going on what she likes.

kamaki09 Hmmm, Tom would be ok....just shave that little scruff he has on his chin and he'll be ok! =3 And with Cillian, I think he's more of a James than an Edward. Personally, I think that Gaspard Ulliel is the perfect Edward! I mean he has the crooked smile! =D Just add bronze hair and different eye color and BAM! Edward! =D
heart heart heart him, but I think Tom is a much better choice.
It saddens me that I could say anyone other than him, but Tom is perfect for Edward. emo
