pika does more hand signs and focuses more chakra into her finger tips, compresses it.

Kanbei sits cross-legged and unfurls the scroll for the lightning arrow jutsu and begins to study it

after a few minutes of studying kandbei begins to practice the proper hand seals slowly at first then gradually faster

When he is confident in his ability to form the seals kanbei begins to practice focusing his lightnning chakra.

Kanbei carefully begins to form the chakra into the shape of an arrow the first attempt comes out crooked and dose not fly straight

Kanbei second attempt is perfecly shaped but he added to much chakra weighing it down and the arrow doesn't fly far

Kanbei once again forms an arrow one that is straight a has less weight the result is an arrow that flies farther and straighter than the previous ones

Kanbei examines the lighnintg flash fist technique scroll and begins to mimick the diagrams without using chakra after he feals more comfortable he bigns to go through the motions faster until he is able to do the movements at full speed.

Having succesfully memorized the movements that are required to perform the technique Kanbei starts to channel lightnning chakra into his fist until it glows faintly with blue spark.Kanbei begins to survey the room for a target and designates a dummy across the field as his target.

He then focuses and dashes at the dummy but trips and falls halfway through, Kanbei stands up and dust himself off he then repeats the process of channeling his lighnintg chakra into his hand when his fist glow faintly once again he lunges at the dummy this time connecting and leaving scorch marks where his fist connected

Kanbei begins to repeat the attack alternating between bost fist until he can use eighet hand at full speed. He then steps back and looks at the now charred practice dummy and gives a slight smile. "This is a great technique" he says to himself proudly.

Shizuma sighed in annoyance that he'ld over looked learning more lightning jutsu, other than chidori so he figured if he'ld yet to join em then beat em.

Shizuma focused his lightning chakra and then began some hand seals, he found most lightning jutsu were nearly the same.

Once he finished his seals he realeased a strong aura of static electricity and it spread a few feet around him.

He held it and then created a shadow clone within the feild and began to expand the area of affect, so both he and the clone fit in it easily.

Next using one of his own hands and ne hand of the shadow clone Shizuma tired to form a chidori within the static field.

The chidori began to form but suddenly it's power was sucked away and merged with the force field and canceled out completely.

Shizuma smiled and then focused more chakra into it and the field doubled in size, because of his natural aptitude for lightning controling this was all to simple.

Shizuma let the clone disapear and he relaxed and stood up letting the feild evaporate away into nothingness and chuckled. "Perfect."

He would have a single tear come down his cheek for the people in the hospital he killed on that day out of foolishness. Now he'd stand and take a look back at the area as he used his byakugan to see the entire area and look for a shinobi useing a move of his intrest.

One would be standing by himself and through some sucessfull training he'd create a large flash of electricity that nearly blinded him. This would be perfect for Neoshin to have in his future battle so with his chakra Neoshin would try to attempt the same thing.

By rubbing his feet against the ground he could make a small connection with the ground but not like when your on carpet. With his two chakra elements it would tough to make an elecrtic force but with a tough struggle of transforming it into such a element he was able to great a small flash that spakred around him on all sides and with his eyes seeing no good progress he'd suddenly charge a large amount in it making a bright burst of light flash around him in a 10 meter radius and then going out. With success in the technuiqe he'd have to practice it some more to completely master it but for now he had what he needed to train with. With that he'd travel to another area for more info on lighting based jutsu.
