The idea of a student and ranking systemn was good, but it kinda left a void of experience without teachers and not having any set captains/vice-captains for when it's all over. Since I could be rather explanatory with my posts and am currently finished reading the manga upto the current point, I usually take leadership roles in other rps to help act as an educator during role play.
If you like, I can also double as a teacher-type character; Im on this guild a lot more often than my posts make it appear and I think I can help out with things.

Well the reason there are no capitans is because the rp starts before all the stuff in the series happeened, a good example of this is that intro in the one Yamamoto is kicking Shunsui and Ukitake's a**, but yeah you can take the role of a teacher.

I'll organize everything for the teachers. Including people who will be them, when that voluntarily volunteer to be one, the structure of the profile of the teacher, I think it'll will be mostly like the normal characters profile, just with additional things.
I'll have it organized soon, and if I can made a thread with Kenkaru's permission ill put it up.

That is a awsome class and teacher section you have created kev, but I looked threw all of the classes and it doesn't seem to have any Hakuda classes. That makes me alittle sad because that is what my character is any good at. Do you plan on putting any of those classes in.

I put up a teacher profile; once it has been cleared as okay and I am told what areas of teaching you want me to do, I will begin working with it.

Okay I know that three of the Four main Noble Clans were the Shiba, Kuchiki, and the Shihouin, but did they ever mention in the Bleach Manga what the fourth was?
