Original Jutsu. A Jutsu created by the user, kage and over have 4 of these, Jounin/Sannin/ANBU have 3. Chuunin Have 2 Genin have 1. And while the Academy Student can't fight, they can still create one, except, it is not to be used until they are Genin

It seems pretty fair, And interesting to see what people come up with. But, theres a rule against the Original jutsu. God Modding, Auto hitting, and such Jutsu with these traits will not be accepted. If this is accepted Chaos, May I make a Topic for it? People could, Post their Jutsu, and What they do. And I can accept it or not. Hmm? Sound interesting?

There is in total of 8 villages. (Including Akatsuki here whee )Anways... For this guild there is 10 Demons, and it is, in my opinion spread out unevenly. For example there is like 3 in Konoha, 2 in Iwagakure, and Im not even gonna talk about Iwa, theres 3 people there and I think all 3 are inactive, not gonna say much more. and the rest, I dont even know. Moving on, if it were to be like, one village has 3 demons, as one village has only 1, then the 3 could gang up on the 1 and kill them. But.... dont think any demons here are gonna do that. But, it's unfair to other villages. Konoha has WAY more shinobi than Iwa, or mostly every other villages. Chaos, I DO NOT, think we are ready to Roleplay. My opinion. :]

PS: If I got any demon numbers wrong, sorry, wasent paying attention. and Demons god I swear be more freaking active >.>

That's why I try to make my custom moves very descriptive. And we should be allowed to make an extra custom jutsu after doing something really rigorous, like after completing a story arc.

Then we should make the techniques more like kinjutsu (forbidden techniques). Which is basically, jutsu that can harm the user or takes a great deal of health or chakra taken away from the user. Also, the Genin could have the privelage of having custom jutsu after a story arc. And besides... Akatsuki are S-ranked criminals. The whole idea in most shonen manga and anime is that the good guys who are novices are usually in pale comparison to the bad guys who are in some form of a super group.

Some do, like the possesion of a beast or cursed seal. Or jutus like Kage Bushin or really uber powerful moves. I can understand what your point of view is... but we can't be expected to use techniques that aren't character unique like Chidori or Rasengan. What plan do you have?

I get it, and I like that idea; you are a crafty one. Can the same be said for custom made jutsu?
