Hopefully, you, as an individual, will get more people to join. I have a feeling you get out more in this guild than I do. In fact... the only thing I do in this one is this RP... I'll post something long to start off the next day, so hang tight.)

Aubrey sighed. It was the morning after the ‘Little Boy and Co.’ incident and she was extremely tired. *How surprising! After getting rid of what’s-her-face it was time to do morning rounds. Which, as you can infer, consists of walking the halls (ALL of them) making sure every thing and every one was all right.
Not that she was forced to do morning rounds, but as her training and mind set went about working, she made it her personal duty to help anyone in need, even if it meant going about in the dead of night and the early early morning to do it.
Off on the rant and back to the story.
Aubrey sat alone at one of the round tables in the cafeteria near the back. Okay, at the back. So she was at the last table! So what? Happy now?
Word had been spreading around about the new student. Wonder who that could be? Right. The annoying one. What’s- her- face. She scowled at her eggs and stabbed them with a fork. Take that, eggs. She hated eggs. They were the most disgusting substance she had ever seen, smelled, or tasted. They made her gag. And every time she said ‘No eggs please’ like they were taught in etiquette class, they (being the cooks) gave them to her anyway! Talk about annoying.
The boy was fine, and he apparently had healing abilities because he woke up this morning. If he did have healing abilities, then he would be able to go back to classes tomorrow. And eat solid foods. And everything else that fell into the category of taking care of yourself.

((Right. I'll try... I'm not very... personable and perky to advertise well...))
Evion awoke the next morning, her silver-black hair knotted and matted, her eyes hazed with grogginess, her stomach chewing her intestines in hunger. The girl lay in bed, trying to think why she was so tired. Oh yeah! That one chick! Ev's next dorm neighbor. "Oh great..." she sighed exasperatedly. Last night Evion had been all huff and puff, but she was too tired to want to deal with... whatever her name was. With another sigh, the girl rolled out of bed and got ready for the morning.
Twenty minutes later, clean and dressed, Evion made her way to the cafeteria for breakfast. To Ev's great dislike, people gave her glances and would whisper when she passed by. Is it so obvious that I'm new? Or do they know that the one girl and I didn't hit it off so well? Maybe she's the school's leading cheerleader or something?? Of course, that's when the teen noticed the same chick from last night sitting at the back. Nope. Not a cheerleading captain... Caging her pride, Evion walked to the girl. "Before you leave or whatever you do, I just wanted to apologize for last night. I'm sorry for entering without your permission and for not leaving when you wanted me to... And for being... a uh... a pompous... pompous a**..." she finished lamely.

Frankly Aubrey was surprised. She certainly didn't expect whats-her-face to actually come and apologize. There were a million things that Aubrey could say to that. She could accept, or she could reject. She could ignore or kill. Um...maybe not kill kill, but kill hopes of friendship.
Well, what could it hurt to have a friend? Aubrey paused, most likely for dramatic effect, and smiled, a not- so- rare phenomenon.
She extended her hand.
"The name's Aubrey."

To tell the truth, Evion was thoroughly surprised that the girl had accepted her apology. However lame it was. So before actually giving a proper reply to Aubrey, Ev actually sighed, a sound of relief. But remembering her uh... manners that she had so obviously lacked the night before, the teen extended her hand and gripped Aubrey's in return. "Evion. It's nice to meet you. Considering last night... heh..." Ev stood, awkward and unsure of what to do. She didn't want to just sit and she didn't feel like eating right then, so going up to get food wasn't really what she wanted to do either.

Wow. Big step for you Aubrey! Good girl! She just congradulated herself. How lame.
Aubrey pointed to the empty seat across from her.
Sorry, honey, no matter that we just became friends, I don't trust you completely yet.
"Not hungry?" She asked. Obvious, but she thought she would throw it out there to keep the conversation going. Now that the awkward apologies were over, at least.

Evion could tell that Aubrey wasn't very trusting of her yet. Of course, Ev wouldn't be either. But she smiled all the same.
Taking a seat, she said, "Thanks. And yeah. Not hungry just yet. I don't get hungry till later usually. What about you? Shell in your eggs?" Her tone was light, trying desperately to keep the thing going. Evion really didn't feel like making an enemy...

She chuckled.
"I hate eggs." she said simply. "They disgust me." Aubrey shook her head in annoyance.
"Lunch is at noon, so eat something now. They won't allow you to eat in class." Well that was a sort of 'duh'. But the teachers are really strict about that.
"They hit you over the hand if you get caught." notice she didn't say what they got hit with....(dun dun dun)

Evion gave a smile. "Wasn't it you who said I shouldn't listen to their rules?" She really was curious what kind of discipline this strange school ran. The teen wasn't about to shy away from testing it. "I might as well start off getting them adjusted to my attitude problems." She laughed lightly. But there was still something in Aubrey's tone that made Evion uneasy, though she didn't show it.

"True, but if it affects the amount of bruises on your hands, might as well do what they say." Perfectly logical. Aubrey gets enough bruises from combat lessons. Who needs more?
She needs more.
"They adjust to problems pretty quickley, and when I say that I mean that they 'adjust' you." Aubrey said it with a straight face, staring down her accursed eggs. She looked up and cracked a smile.

Again the uneasy feeling. Something was definitely wrong with this place. "What have I gotten myself into this time...?" she muttered, virtually silent.
Evion realized then that there was so much she had to learn about this place. Hopefully something a midnight stroll or two might help with? She wasn't sure. Ev guessed there were anti-power alarms or something. She sighed aloud. "All right. So I'll follow a few rules. But I'm starting to not like this place... And I haven't even had a class yet..." Her laugh came in a light trickle of an edgey, nervous tone. Something was definitely wrong with the place...
