((Seriously. We gotta build hype! Maybe cookies will work...or a poll on who's better, Scorpion or Sub-Zero...Lets do both!!!

Sub-Zero got a chill down his spine, which was rare for a cyromancer, like someone said the same thing he had said...
But he ignored it, instead searching around for a kombatant to face...
But he hadn't fought in such a long time, that he figured he needed some practice. He went to a nearby empty field, where he practiced his moves. He hadn't forgotten any of them in the Netherrealm, and he did them flawlessly. He went up to a nearby citizen and asked, "Excuse me, have you seen any one strange, particularly a yellow ninja?"
The citizen replied, "Nope, your the strangest thing I've seen all day. You better not cause any trouble here, cause it might cause, y'know..."
"Chaos?" Sub-Zero said.
"CHAOS?! AHHHHHH!!!!!!" The citizen yelled, running away.
"Note to self:" Sub-Zero said, thinking out loud, "Do not mention chaos in the Orderrealm." Suddenly, he sensed something strange...like it was getting hot...
"Scorpion." Sub-Zero whispered to himself.

- This realm it's so... Peaceful...
As he walks by, Scorpion notice that a commoner was running towards him yelling at the top of his lungs.
- CHAOS!!! CHAOS!!! RUN!!! RUUUUN!!!
Scorpion raised his left eyebrow, turning slowly as the commoner fled from the place.
- You don't see that everyday...
Suddenly, it came a chill, as if the temperature in front of him drastically dropped, colliding with the ever-rising heat of his body.
- Sub-Zero...
Scorpion muttered, starting to slowly walk in that direction, hoping to fin his firs opponent in the final tournament of MK.

Sub-Zero started walking faster and faster, anxious about fighting his enemy, no matter who it may be. Suddenly, he saw his opponent: Scorpion. He summoned his Kori Blade, the blade of ice, and charged twoard his opponent, yelling, "THIS IS FOR MY BROTHER!!!!"

"I am Bran . . . " he said but then Sub-Zero was warped somewhere. He followed through the door and landed in orderrealm. He saw Sub-Zero and Scorpion about to fight. He thought about it for a moment and finally came to a decision. I will fight for Sub-Zero and kill his enemy, Scorpion. I have studied both of their attacks and special abilities. Scorpion has a slight edge over Sub-Zero, though. he thought as ran in between the two. He stopped Suub-Zero's blade and said, "Let me fight him.And by the way im brandon."

- So, you got your pet to fight for you? Hah! You're not even the shadow of what your brother was!
Scorpion mocks at the new Sub-Zero, drawing his ninja sword with his right as he looks at Brandon.
- Who will be first?!
He rises his left hand to the sky as if grabbing something, making the hellfire rise from the ground, surrounding both warriors in the flames of hell.
- My love... My son... My brothers... Even through I know I could lose this fight... I'll fight till the end... And if I win this tournament... I shall ask for one thing and nothing more...
Scorpion whispered to himself as the blazing barrier slowly disappeared, and as his blank eyes saw the two figures, he questioned himself about the success of his attack, grabbing his sword now whit both hands.
- Sub-Zero... I promised that I would look up to you to repay my debt with your brother, but my end justifies my means... Even if I lose, I hope you can forgive me... And if I die... I'll be glad if it's you who kills me...
He said to the wind, as if hoping not to be heard, just waiting for the moves of the opposite warriors, just waiting for their move...

"Brandon..." Sub-Zero said, "If you think I will let you fight my battle for me, then you are mistaken. You may assist me, but do not get in the way." Sub-Zero felt the scorching heat of the flames. He laughs at the pain, as it were nothing more than a p***k on his side. "I went to hell for many years," Sub-Zero said, "so this is nothing to me." Sub-Zero let out a burst of frost in every direction, killing the flames. He brought out his sword, and looked at Brandon. "Let's go..." he said, charging at Scorpion as he did before.

Reine streched as she got off the transport. "Dammit, dad," She thought to herself. "Did ya have to make me ride the mortal transport? Now it's going to take me an hour to work all these kinks out." (OCC just in case you didn't read the profile, Reine is the illegitimate daughter of Raiden, secretly sent to over see the fights.)

When the transportation took place, Tai readied himself in excitement. He looked downward from the small cliff he was one to see a man in between Scorpion and Sub-Zero. He assumed it was a person who looked up to Sub-Zero, as he looked up to Scorpion. Taking a small leap off the cliff, he slid his way down to them, drawing his Dragon Katana as he came down.

(( AS THE PHOENIX! I AM RESURRECTED!!! Sorry for the wait guys, I got some trouble finding out RP sweatdrop ))
Scorpion glares at the incoming Sub-Zero, changing into a fighting stance with his sword tightly grabbed with his hands.
- Sub-Zero... I do not wish to fight you here...
He mutters as a flaming skeleton hand emerges from the ground, trying to grab the Lin Kuei with its burning hold.
- But it seems there is no other choice...
Scorpion dashes towards Sub-Zero, making a horizontal slash in a attempt to hit the Ninja, turning quickly as he passes by the side of his nemesis, regaining his fighting stance.
- Bring it on!

Sub-Zero was captured by the hand, trying to free himself. He changed the temperature around him so the hand would freeze, then, once the hand froze, he broke it into pieces and went back to his stance. "Nice to see you still have your little demonic tricks, Scorpion..." Sub-Zero said, attempting to slice the ninja. Evidently, he missed, leaving him open for an attack. Sub-Zero smiled.
((Why did he smile?! Does he have a plan up his sleeve?! Find out next time, on MK:O!

Scorpion mutters after seeing the improvement of the Ninja over the years.
- You want to know a secret? Your brother told me you would kill me just an instant before my spear impaled his heart... Show me if this is true!
He puts back his sword into his back, extending both of his palms towards the ice ninja, throwing from them a couple of harpoons in order to try and impale his opponent, one of them glides in a straight line and one goes in a zig-zag line.
- Get over here!
He yells as he thinks he hits the Lin Kuei, pulling the steel ropes of the deadly harpoons in order to bring whatever he hit closer to him.

All of a sudden, Sub-Zero crumbled. Or at least, his ice clone did.
"Haha! Getting slow, Scorpion?!" Sub-Zero's voice said, untraceable from any direction. "When I was in hell, I learned many tricks, and I increased my reaction time!" Sub-Zero jumped down from the sky, right onto the lively spears. He grabbed the ropes in both hands, and froze them, causing the frozen rope to continue all the way into Scorpions body. "And as for my brother..." Sub-Zero said, "he never lies."
