-walks into MW and smiles at everyone- Hello all! -goes and has a seat on a stool-

*chuckling, she walks over to the espresso machine to start the water, snapping her fingers when she thinks of the butter. Coming from behind the counter, she holds up a finger to Leko as she walks quickly into the JD, finding one of the waiters.

Stopping one on his way into the kitchen, she asks him to bring her a small tub of butter, unopened, some cinnamon sticks, a small container of sugar and brown sugar from the cooler. He hesitated, looking somewhat confused since he'd never seen her before*

....Um, excuse me ma'am? confused Are....are you a friend of one of the MW Ladies? sweatdrop

*at first she sneered, just about ready to rip him a new one, but she remembered she'd been gone for a long time, and his face was a new one. Sighing, she pinched the bridge of her nose, speaking with her eyes closed*

Well, you can say that. But I'm actually an MW Lady myself, as well as head of security. I've just been gone on a rather.....long vacation. stare Is Chef Karrie here? He can vouch, or any of the older workers here since they all had to be cleared through me.

*seeming still a bit skeptical, he was just about to press his luck when the head waiter came out of the kitchen, rushing over when he saw the young man holding her up*

Ms. Reign, welcome back! It's been a long time, yes? You! Nabors! Why are you holding this lady up? What's the problem?

*eyes wide, the young man stammered off an answer and quickly went into the kitchen, coming back out with what she'd asked for. The head waiter furrowed his brow at him, taking the items from Nabors and sending him on his way to finish clearing tables.*

Here you are my dear. I hope he hasn't inconvenienced you in any way. He's new since you've been gone.

*smiling, she thanks the head waiter and shakes his hand, promising to stop by another time for something to eat. Back in the bar, she walks behind the counter, the water ready. Grabbing one of the mugs, she opens the tub and scoops out a nice amount of butter, smooshing it into the mug.

Placing it in the microwave to melt, she places equal amounts of sugar and brown sugar in the three cups, adding the proper amount of rum. Stirring in the hot water, the microwave goes off. Floating the butter on top, she adds a cinnamon stick to each cup and passes them out*

{{dammit! tektek is down and I have three contest avis due! scream WTF!!!}}

*picks her drink up and blows, working to cool it off when she hears Razz saying he doesn't drink. Shrugging, she slips the drink back towards her, one more she wouldn't have to make once she was done with the first one. She sips her drink, smiling at the warmth when dame comes in. Nodding at her, she sips her drink again*

Yea. It's good to be back. Missed this place more than I realized.

So that explains the lack of security here...... I mean Never mind.

*Turns around in his chair and says to himself very softly so Leko can't hear his thoughts.*

Damn now I have to be more careful

*Turning back around he smiles at the ladies.*

Showcase's phone beeped early that morning. He grabbed his phone and turned off the alarm before it could wake Kat up. Rubbing a hand on his face, he stretched and looked over at her, still sleeping. He leans over and whispers to her. "Kat? I've got to go soon, babe....I'm on shift here soon and I have to go home and change first."

She stirs and looks up at him, blinking a few times before pulling him down to her, hugging him close. "Well, you don't have to leave RIGHT away, do you?" He chuckles, his hands following a familiar path, "Well, as a matter of fact, I do have a little bit of time before I have to leave." He captured her lips in a kiss and the couple share some intimate time together before he had to leave.

Later, she walked him to her back door to tell him goodbye. He leaned in and kissed her once more, telling her he'd try and be in touch this week if work wasn't too crazy. "But don't you worry that pretty red head of yours....I can guarantee you that I will be thinking about you. wink " She hugged him tight one last time, "Be careful, you....I like you in one piece." She stands in the morning chill and watches him walk to his car. He turns and gives her one last cocky grin and a wave before he gets into his car and leaves.

Kat enters the bar from the office and sees Icy and Leko at the bar. Heading over, she smiles at the two ladies.

"What's up, ya'll? Whatcha drinking? "
