Fomite I'll agree with you on Harry; from what we've got, he sounds pretty average in terms of looks. On the other hand, the HarryVision sort of skews everything. If Harry was good-looking, he'd probably be the last to admit it -- he is, for the most part, pretty modest. And clueless. But the female reactions to him do seem to lean more toward the "he's famous!" than the "he's handsome!" There's also how people react to him in relation to Cedric. Cedric we know is handsome, the girls say so, hell, even Harry acknowledges a certain amount of good looks in Cedric. Cedric also has the same noble qualities that Harry has. Girls swoon over Cedric because he's the "total package" where as girls swoon over Harry because he's Harry. Actually, come to think of it, they don't really swoon over him that much.
